I was given a cutting three years ago of a gorgeous Hoya but I have no idea what kind it is! The closest variety I can find is Hoya Obovata the structure is the same and the leaves are the same roundness but mine has very dark green, nearly black, shiny leaves unlike every other picture I can find. Hoyas are by far my favorite house plant! I’ve got 5 other varieties.

It was a rescue over a year ago, never had a problem but recently brought in some orchids from a grower in FL. Voila. Question is: are you still only treating w feather duster? I actually do feather dust the DUST bc I live in such a dry, arid environment…but never much paid attention to underside. I see your feather-dusting videos are from a year ago and 6 months ago…so just wondering if still effective in your world and recommended? Thanks~S

I happened to find one with a reverted pink princess in the same pot at lowes, had to top cut because water logged. Shes in fuvel and has 2 very tiny babbies and im afraid to take them from her.

I love your video and you collections but for me, growing plants is about appreciating nature. Having grow lights make it feel inorganic and we're creating more of a demand of products that will eventually become e waste. I just can't support them 🥺

Please consider where you're buying them from. There's a very high chance that coming from South America, they're taken from the wild which is a disaster for the environment. Many of our indoor plants today are extinct in the wild. Please only buy from reputable nurseries. 🌎😭

I just got my rectangular planter for my Thai yesterday! But I have been trying to decide if I want to switch it from soil to leca so I am too afraid to repot until I am certain 😂.
