Bruce also wrote a fantastic book on the Ripper. 'They all Love Jack'. Read it... Wish he'd write one on the Madeleine McCann case - similar themes involving a massive cover up.

This show was a rare and brilliant exception. A bit luvvified but the format (inward facing, booze, food, Tarantino cameras around the table) no audience meant it created a much more natural feeling.

I kind of wish this was just an interview with Bruce. I'm not sure if Radio Caroline founder Ian Ross or theatre director Joanna Bowen really add anything to it.

Bruce is great but Ruby Wax is cruel and nasty. The Peculiar Memoirs of Thomas Pelham is well worth reading for sure. Withnail and I probably one of the best comedies ever written. He also wrote the screenplay for The Killing Fields and made a guest appearance in 'Still Crazy' as Brian. One of the most realistic movies of a band on the road and the music wasn't bad at all.
Bruce as Brian Lovell in Still Crazy was brilliant. My favourite role in the film.

I remember Bruce Robinson as Brian Lovell in Still Crazy and he was brilliant. I didn't realise he had written Withnail and I. Superb talent, acting and writing.
Legend. His recent Ripper book is brilliant - whether you agree with his 'candidate' or not, it's full of great insights and pictures. I don't necessarily agree with all of his politics or attitudes, but I know a genius when I see one. Great man.
