Quick note that you'll find an updated version of this video here: czcams.com/video/D85q3Wzu6sA/video.html If you're hovering over designs on the homepage, you won't see a checkbox... that only works in the Projects area. HOWEVER... the option to select multiple designs does *not* currently show up in search results. I actually recently submitted a document to the content navigation team at Canva and organizing capabilities within search results was highlighted as a big concern, so while I don't have a solution to present you currently on that, please know that I am doing what I can to put it on Canva's radar. But let's see if there's another way to do this... is the person who created those designs a current member of your Canva team? Are they still the owner of those designs?

@@BrendaCadman Thank you for getting back to me. The person is my hubby!!! I added him as a team member but then removed him as I wanted to go back to pro and not have a team subscription. I kept all his designs but now want to put them in a folder for him. That's why I use the search button to find all his designs. I may end up going back to teams but still need for him to be able to access all his designs in one place. Thanks

Can you tell me more? Is it possible there isn't enough space added around the image, so it's still getting cut off as a result?

@@BrendaCadman thanks Brenda, I’ve tried so many platforms to do this and have Canva Pro I was wondering if the file that my logo was supplied in might be the cause? I put the round element on a new design and widen it out so there is be white when I drag the png file over but the square image still cuts off

Unfortunately Canva discontinued our ability to provide a 45 day trial as of April 30th and the only free Pro trials available now are 30 days. I wish there was a way for me to update that across all of my videos, but unfortunately there isn't. While there's only a 30 day trial available now, I did also create a free Canva course to help walk through the differences in Pro so you can maximize the trial period -- you can find that on the old Pro trial page as well. 😊

Hi! If the graphic is high quality and clear prior to uploading it to Facebook, then the blurriness you're seeing is a result of it being compressed when it's uploaded to FB. But maybe this tutorial will help: czcams.com/video/6O2eMq4GQJE/video.html

Hi there! Canva has both design sizes available to choose from now, one called "Instagram Post (Square)" and "Instagram Post (Portrait)". Can you walk me through in a bit more detail what steps you took and what didn't go as expected? I can likely point you in the right direction. 😊

Are you able to adjust the photo of the person to create more space above the person's head that can be cropped? If not, I would suggest that you do the following: (1) Create a new design and add the person's photo to the design. Make sure that there's blank space left above their head. (2) Use the Magic Expand feature to fill in the space above their head; I've got a tutorial here on how to do that: czcams.com/video/UWXLuZCklCU/video.html (3) Download the design as an image, or use the Design to Image app; there's a tutorial here on how to use that: czcams.com/video/RQL7m4AEq1c/video.html (4) Then add that image (with the extra space above their head) into the frame. The extra space *should* prevent their head from getting cut off. I think I'll create a tutorial about how to do this as well and hopefully add that to my channel in the next week or so. 😊

Do you mean that you're seeing the field outline showing up in your PDF? I believe that may actually a setting that needs to be turned off in your PDF viewer. i.e. under Adobe Preferences, under Forms, there's an option to "show border hover color for fields" so you may not have control over whether that is seen on the recipients PDF.

What type of image are you trying to download and what dimensions are you downloading it as?

Thanks for your comment! To clarify, here are the steps included in the video: 1) Open the design and get the template link for it 2) Do that for every design you want to move over (i.e. compile a list of the template links) 3) Login to the other account that you want to move them to 4) Open each of those template links in your browser in order to be prompted to make a copy (see timestamp 1:18 to see what that looks like)

To be honest, I stick with the desktop browser version as I don't find a lot of value in the web app at this time for my own workflow. But I know others who prefer to use it instead... at this time it'll come down more to personal preference than any sort of performance or feature difference. Now, if they ever make it possible to use the web app *offline*, that I would be very interested in for the times when I don't have an internet connection.

You have to do it a different way in the mobile app: 1) Create a new page in the design where you want the design to be brought into 2) Open "Projects" in the app (while you have the editor open) and locate the design you want to pull from 3) Select the page you want to pull into your new design It should automatically pull it in from there.

Can you elaborate what you mean by it being blurry in mockup?

Unfortunately there is currently no way to transfer multiple designs from one Canva account to another; the only way to do it at the moment is to copy individual designs over via template links.
