Hi salamat sa pagdalaw dito sa aming channel. Maski anong brand pupwedeng gamitin at Di naman maselan Ang pichi pichi na recipe. It's either Pearl Delight or Manila's Best Yung brand na ginamit at umabot ng 30 minutes ang pagsteam. Sana nakatulong.GodBless din. Take care.

Cake sticks with the wax paper and it ruins everything! I dont recommend this procedure! Lol
Thanks for your tip with wax paper but it was a parchment paper that was used during the process. It has higher heat tolerance. The sticky rice cake I made did not stick.

No, silicone is meant for high temperatures. It's melting point is 2577.2 °F or 1414°C. I hope this helps ☺️
