Hi, thanks for the comment. You can physically use the camera in any country, I do use it for traveling too. However I'm not sure if it can be activated if bought from another region (most likely it can). I've checked Amazon India, and they seem to have Osmo Action 4 for sale there, so you should be good (don't forget to use the link in the description :)

It was 100% my fault. I put the clamp on the desk and accidentally pushed the cabinet in the way. The mechanism was still fine. Should it have detected an obstacle earlier? Maybe. What I could have done is gotten another desktop, but that decor is no longer being sold, so I have what I have. Over a year in, and the desk is still fine.

That’s a great idea. I have a SmallRig Micro HDMI to full HDMI adapter on my Mk I cine rig, which sorta does the same thing but still sticks out. If you find some good quality 90 degree adapters, that can support 4k60, let me know. For Mk II, I really love HDMI that angles up from Alvin’s Cables, that’s probably why I didn’t get much use from the cable clamp in the first place

@@paravisual Ačiū! SmallRig irgi turi SSD laikiklių. Man asmeniškai įrašinėjimas į SSD neprilipo. ProRes užima per daug vietos, o visą kitą galima į kortelę įrašinėt. Su SSD visad yra rizika, kad USB atsijungs užkabinus.

Yes, it is an unfortunate reality of today's tech. Companies are collecting data everywhere they can. I can see some legitimate reasons to track the activations, it doesn't necessarily mean something nefarious, but that could be done just be pairing the camera to the app without the account. It's a great camera though, and there's not much competition in the action camera market. I'm not considering GoPro a viable alternative.

The data from your camera is needed to collect information about the firmware problem, so DJI can fix it. Then you can get a firmware update that fix the problem.

And you comment to this video. It means you give your data to CZcams (Google). And you use gadget (Computer, Laptop, Handphone). They collect your data. 🤣

I find the default clamps on ball heads to be pretty rough, small, and unpleasant to use. I’ve replaced them with 70mm clamps from Amazon. They go under many different names there (I’ve bought ones named QLOUNI), but are probably all made in the same factory, look for the ones with a twist knob. They go for around 12-15 euros. If you have the budget, I very highly recommend the SmallRig 2144, but they are very expensive at 70 euros a set, so I only use them on actual camera rigs. If you’re buying a ball head, be aware that not all of them allow the clamp to be removed (SmallRig doesn’t for example). Neewer ball heads have a screw which allows replacing the clamp, but those ball heads are not always in stock. K&F KF-28 ball head can also be customized.

Thanks for watching multiple times, it really helps! For the overhead bracket I’m using VIJIM LS15 from Amazon. I’ve also seen it under different names. I didn’t have much luck with ball heads for overhead mounts, as they tend to be just on the edge of their clamping capacity for the camera. K&F KF-28 seems to hold the best if you’re going the ball head route. Otherwise I would recommend the SmallRig magic arm, it is what I’m using. Pair it up with one of those 70mm Arca clamps and you should be good. As for shakiness, there’s not much you can do, it’s just fulcrum physics. I find electronic stabilizer in the camera does a pretty good job.
