This is literally what I learnt in Chinese History class in HK for 2 years but in English and 9 minutes. Edit: Also this year we learnt about the Hong Xiuquan thing, it was about him having a prophecy from God and is Jesus Christ's brother. He made Taiping Tianguo then becomes corrupt. The westerners know that he lost faith to Christ and starts not supporting him. He also loses to Qing after a while.
