So ouroboros keeps it's stats into the following acts of the game. You can either buff it using this method or in Act 2, if you play ouroboros (obtained from the trader in Leshy's cabin i believe, from memory), during phase 1 of the Grimora fight, she will give you a 0 cost version of it at the beginning of phase 2 which behaves exactly the same way but boosts the stats of the original ouroboros. Since Act 2 introduces the hammer, you can just play and destroy this card over and over and over (i assume, I've never gone far beyond 1000). This makes Act 3 ridiculous but so much fun because of all the new mechanics that P03 introduces (at high cost), with the infinite money ourobot provides you can build a fully optimised deck (which realistically is just a bunch of super low energy cost cards with the energy sigil, allowing you to consistently get max cost cards out on turn 2 or 3 - though your newly indestructible ourobot is the only of these really worth playing). Act 1 is obviously the most iconic of the game but the sheer level of deck customisation available in Act 3 is what draws me back time and time again

Love this game, tho a nitpick is that I wish it had more areas like Dead Cells does. sometimes I am snork mimiming my way through Elysium or whatever. I understand why it doesn't, it would be hard to make it work with the underworld setting, but still, I get a bit bored in the same 4 areas... but like I said, nitpicking.

If you are doing more damage then we can assume that the enemies with boosted health die in the same number of hits.

Markoth is so tough because his Dreamshield is made from the dreams of everyone who thinks the Dreamshield charm is useless (AKA everyone with enough of a brain to dream)
