People lie about their weight. Desmond is about 200 lbs, not 175 lbs. I have the same build as you, but I am only 5ft8, and I weigh 190lbs which surprised me when I was ready to fight in Judo.

Thanks for the review, mine came with some kind of foam tape so I'm not sure where they are suppose to go. I was also able to find these on Temu and bought them for $25 for the set of 4 using one of the discounts deal that they run.

That brief reminds me of my Samsonite laptop bag, minus the backpack straps. Same pocket configuration, except there is some elastic webbing on the inside laptop section. I carry both of my laptops sometimes, so I do not really put anything else in the laptop compartment. The joy of being a scientist that needs windows only software, while writing research on the MacBook. So, if you want a bag that weighs less, but has about the same configuration, go with the samsonite.

I just can't with the AI "Meta" Ray Bans. So far from what I have seen with AI is that it's anything but intelligent. While it might get logos and landmarks right the amount of "AI hallucinations" I have seen from putting glue on pizza as a tasty topping, to eating rocks to get your minerals I would waste my money!

How does the wheels sound when in contact with pavements and cobblestones?

This is a carbon copy of the wool and oak Nova duffle bag. But wool and oak is real leather. But this is $200 cheaper.

I have two and had an extremely minor issue with my 1st one. Their customer service is beyond excellent. This is a great company. The only thing I don’t like is I get a lot of comments that it looks like a suitcase from the movies, you know the aluminum case full of cash.

Great review! I am seriously considering getting this one. I guess I just have two concerns; Sterling Pacific being quite a young company selling niche products - will they be in business in 5/10/20 years if I need spare parts or other repairs. The other thing is the size, being just a tad over 57cm in height, and most airlines I use allow 55cm. Is this the measurement when the handle is upright or can it be slanted to r/l as the Rimowa to reduce height?
