Hi - I'm Dr Nic. I love to help people to learn about #mathematics, #statistics and spreadsheets, especially #Excel. Really.
Dr Nic's Maths and Stats channel has carefully scripted explanations of statistical concepts and procedures to help you pass Intro Stats... and even enjoy it!
Ask questions on the community tab or in the comments, and I will answer them for you or make a video to answer it for everyone.
I have a PhD and have been teaching mathematics, statistics and spreadsheets for several decades, to learners of all ages. I try to give explanations that are helpful and encouraging.

Line graphs - algebraic and fitted, explained by Dr Nic
zhlédnutí 619Před 6 měsíci
Line graphs are used in algebra and in statistics and have some things in common and some differences. In this short video, Dr Nic explains these, using the example of towers made with snaplink blocks. This video builds on the work on line graphs in "beginning algebra with tower building." czcams.com/video/Em-xdb8Xj5o/video.html Join this channel to support Dr Nic's efforts czcams.com/channels/...

Thank you Dr Nic for saving my IB Bio Internal Assessment!
Nice
Thanks for putting this together. Well simplified
Omg the best explanation i've found on the Internet! God bless you!!!
Best explanation ever.
Savior!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!
Got the concept and the answers correct.
This video is the best I have seen in hypothesis testing for T.TEST
Good information
Checking marital status is not a random variable. .. why ??
Phenomenal video. Definitely up to par. You should be proud of yourself
Oh dear, a system error has caused the transaction to wander off to an invalid email address.
I hope you're grinning all the way.
this is very helpful and interesting.
hi, i did math stats, anova and regression end of last year, this year i did stochastic and im currently doing time series. I want to deepen my stats knowlege any sugestions on which courses i should do next?
❤❤ Thank you so much
Exactly what I needed!
Amazing interactive video.. tests well explained & Simplified..
Excellent
Test understood
Dr.nic I want multiplication in integer
Thank you
Thank u 🙏
Why is marital status not a random variable? If the sample space is married or unmarried, {M, N}, we can assign the random variable X to be 1 if the couple is married, and 0 if unmarried, so that X(M) = 1 and X(N) = 0, hence a Bernoulli random variable.
Excellent summarised presentation.
Stastical test is important for the research
very helpful video , thank you
Thank you very much this video, really appreciated
anyone have stats after tmrw 😜😜
😂😂
No Hahahahah
Good information
Good explanation and animations are mostly helpful. But why are all the students frowning? Lol it can be so difficult to find good graphics!
2/21 = ? two twenty-firsts?
❤🎉 thanks
That is the best explaination I´ve ever seen. Thanks!
I really appreciate it so much cause it makes me understand better than in my class
Excellent video. I learned so much. Thank you.
Thank you. But what if we have 2 or more samples, so what test we gonna use?
nicely explained
Thanks for the video.

Thank you so much im writing a maths exam tomorrow!!
Thank you for clarification on the tools
It is so easy to understand! Thank you!
thank you
