I got a Plakat betta a few weeks ago, and he was lively but seemed aloof. I put him in a 9 gallon with some cherry shrimp and some black nron tetras, and he was so happy. Sometimes, I swear he's trying to school with the tetras 🤣

Seems care requirements would not make this a beginner fish! Where do you get clams on the half shell and I have a million tiny snails on my walls but I am talking less then the size of a pea. They never mature and always die off anyway. Would that be sufficient? Do they have to grind teeth on a live clam? I know you can buy empty snails for hermits. Plus where do you find clams on the half shell anyway? I have always wanted a puffer!

I've got some stains on my lid that you can't feel them, they are not calcium, they are similar to the stains on 3:22 only with color. If you wet them they disappear but they are back as soon as it dries. The water looks a bit cloudy because that's where the light are. I have a reg 20g tank. Any advice on how to remove them? Thank you.

Dont just drop in the sand for fs put in in a cup and lower your cup slowly to the botem and tip the cup over slowly, And this way you will have almost no dust and your fish will thank u for it
