My character theories: Each person represents James or elements of his life. Just like pyramid head, the guilt. We have Laura. The innocence that was lost in silent hill. No reason to be there except to be the innocence of james and Mary before their love grew into what it was. So Angela represents not being ABLE to face what happened or what you did. James is not wanting to face it, or running away. IE he runs to silent hill. And Eddie is that conscious part that knows everything is wrong and continues. Somewhat looking innocent at first, just a bystander. But when he feels like it, he can take on a fully participating role. Like how the abvse turns u abvsive. I find it fascinating the question of fault and intentions. After we do something bad, sometimes we wonder why? Or when bad things happen to us? We think why?

As a fan of SH2 since day 1 and having read and watched more analyses than I could count, your video actually captured a few moments because of your editing that I never caught onto. Specifically, how the "3 years" since Mary died was her diagnosis for how long she could potentially live (meaning 3 years of James having to live with her in that state). James gets more terrible the older that I get and analyze this game to the smallest details. I just wanted to share that you definitely have a good editing style of sharing horror content like this where you share entire scenes for complete context and then give only what I would call necessary commentary. Really like your style and would love to see more like SH1 and SH3.

I love the born from a wish scenario. It gives Maria such lovely depth beyond just a tool for James' trials. She is one of my favorite characters in gaming.
