Ray Rice was one of my favorite running back in 2014, but due to a intense politics and double standards on domestic violence like Hope solo from the same year. I stopped watching sports news. I don't condone violence at all, but when it comes to women actions against a child or a men of course, then they don't take action serious. That's how the media treating them differently.

There's no way that Urlacher is better than Fletcher and you glossed over the fact that Year to Year Fletcher was a better Linebacker. Fletcher also won a superbowl (which you pointed out) and he was solid at St. Louis. It was not his fault that St. Louis had that Star-studded offense. If Urlacher is in the Hall Fletcher should be in. Fletcher doesn't have videos of him being run over by big backs. Urlacher had trouble against Brandon Jacobs, Jerome Bettis, etc. Fletcher Knocked Calvin Johnson backward. I would argue, that during Fletcher's career the only MLB better was Ray Lewis. And to be 2nd to Ray Lewis is no small feat.

At the moment, I’m working on a series of novels set in the future where the fullback position makes a huge comeback in the NFL thanks to main character, yet has to deal with a league of 40 teams and the wear and tear that age comes with it. The character himself is an old school fullback who is that triple threat guy with their team (ex military guy who also played rugby in college) and gets compared to legendary power rushers such as Mike Alstott, Jerome Bettis and John Riggins.
