CA Tuned Offroad Bumper for the 22+ Nissan Frontier
You’ve guessed it! NEW BUMPER!
I’m so happy with this 22+ Frontier Front Bumper by @catunedoffroad ! It feels familiar coming from the Crosstrek but the quality and design is so much better.
I don’t think you can talk about the product without including the incredible amount of hard work and effort the guys at @catunedoffroad put into these bumpers.
When looking for a Steele bumper my first concern was yes ground clearance, winch mount, but most importantly sensors! You spend so much money on your truck wouldn’t you want all your sensors to work as factory and not have your dash look like Christmas lights?
Most company I found had this as an after thought (“oh just zip tie that to the back of grill and pray”), but not the @catunedoffroad bumpers. Their experience working with Mercedes sprinters has made them experts in making sure everything works as factory while providing a quality rugged offroad product.
Some other features includes a high strength DOM Steele construction that’s made in the USA thats finished off with a protective powder coating to make sure it last as long as your truck does. One of my favorite feature is definitely the front hitch receiver… we’ll be using that for sure!
Most importantly the team… super talented and masters at their craft who’s passionate about what they do and happy to share that passion. Definitely check them out

is the a oil cooler I see, not a CVT, but a oil cooler. If so were did you get it and how did you mount it. I currently have the Perrin CVT cooler installed but really want to had a oil cooler for when I am towing or off road.

Looked like a decent bumper until the end where I seen they left the adaptive cruise sensor hanging on the front exposed to everything.

Great mod. What did you use for your Oil Cooler?
Doesn’t look good enough to be cutting on my truck. Also don’t like putting that sensor on the outside of the bumper. Nice truck though man!
I wish people made more mods for the frontier man, especially decals, it has so much potential to look badass.It’s hard finding decals that look good when the majority of them are American flags or skulls.
When people put these videos up, why do they have to play such annoying music in the background and it’s always very loud why do people do that? 👎👎👎👎👎. The crappy music in the background is not get you more attention. Trust me. 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺
Quick question. I have pro4x also, when I got oil change done they had to remove factory skid plate to get the filter (so they said) does this bumper have a spot to access oil filter?
I don’t heights either. Probably have my partner stand in front of the vehicle guiding me do I won’t drive into the ravine. I’ll probably be crying, annoyed, frustrated and not good company driving up. Agitated, bad mouthing the whole time.😂 5:33

I wish this was slowed down lol. So what gauge black wire did you use to splice to the plate? What did you do with the white wire coming from the plate?

On the fender flares, after removing the two exposed screws, did you just have to pull out the flares and no resistance? Very detailed instructions, thanks!

That truck is sweet! I found your Instagram about a year ago and because I loved your crosstrek build so much I just finally pulled the trigger on a 2023 sport in cool gray khaki. I can’t wait to add some mods to it and really make it my own. Thanks again for the inspiration my guy.
