I needed a few more operators to round out some late night shifts once and a while and this gave me the Roberta I didn't know I needed. I've spent days watching videos looking for a good breakdown on the E1 base operators that don't make the big lists, but hit that 25% or better mark.

To save Orundum, I only pull in limited banners and buy the operators when they appear in certs shop. The thing is that in the last 3 limited banners, I had to pull 300 times on all banners to get Texas Alter, Mumu and HAD TO PITY for Arturia. And now I only have 150 pulls left for Shu banner ...
