group 1, thanks this resonated but why is it so popular now to say “you need to be fine on your own and not need anyone else” i don’t know if it’s because it’s cool to act like lone wolves or whatever but we as humans are so not wired this way. maybe this message wasn’t for me. i have no friends, family or community. yeah of course i need someone else. we’re all social creatures. it’s so frustrating to here that I need to be okay on my own as if loneliness isn’t extremely detrimental to one’s health.
