I’m retired now after 42 years in the seat. I’ve always known Wiggle Wagons was a set of doubles or triples with what we also called “A” trains pintle hitch and draw bar usually a single axle jo-dog and single axle trailer as opposed to “B” trains. All those old LTL carriers were just wiggling all over the east coast and out west.

Seen and see a lot of big rigs on the road...filthy dirty looking...driver or owner operator not taking care of their rig. No pride. There is absolutely no reason to have a dirty rig....I'm thinking....dirty rig.... probably not taking care of the engine, etc except for what needs to be done to get by. Wouldn't hire them or the company. All seen Reliable on the road....how come these drivers can keep their rigs looking nice and others can't???

Help me as a non-trucker why everyone doesn't get a tractor like that one? I obviously know cost must be astronomical as it's a mini RV, but I'd think there still would be more of these types of rigs on the road. Looks quite comfortable and makes sense.

One nice thing about Rick having his own 'camper' are (2) things: (1) less cost spent on motel rooms and whatnot when he's traveling; and, (2) his 'camper' is safe and clean that's custom to him; he doesn't have to worry too much about someone breaking into a motel room that he has no control over - with his 'camper', he does. A happy trucker is a safe trucker.

The work ethos here is amazing. And it’s a rare thing these days
