Reloading 20 gauge waterfowl loads without a press
A quick video showing the simple process of assembling shotshells without the use of a press. Point being that you dont need the expense of a press to make your own shells. This is a 432gr (2 pellets shy of 1 oz) #3 steel 1500fps load that is my primary duck load.

Worst case testing. This wasn't supposed to work. 3rd Generation SPOT transmitting a help message from within a metal storage cabinet, inside of my garage. What I was trying to do was block GPS reception to show that SPOT will still transmit Help and SOS without GPS coordinates. But the GPS receiver on the 3rd Gen is more sensitive than I thought and the transmitter has no trouble hitting a Sat...

Is the boat touching the bottom of the ground will it sink
One good way from a pass by boat😅
Do you get any heavy leading? Do you clean barrel more often?
November 10 1940 was bad day for all duck and goose hunters that was a good test you did
Was just recently wondering about this exact method of shedding heat away from the tank. Did this work out for you? Any follow up?
Where did you get RTO for the roll crimping
Nice presentation; but what is the purpose of the evergreen bows? Are you going to make some Spruce or Pine NeedleTea? Thanks.
Thanks mate cool
Nice way to use water and a pot as a heat sink.! I like your DIY windscreen too.! I saw the windscreen on one of your other videos. I will try this combo too. Greetings from sunny and windy Caribbean.!
Thx for posting the video.! I live in the Caribbean and we have the Trade Winds every day. We must block our stoves against the wind, and must also make sure that our windscreen wont blow away. I’ll keep in mind to leave like 1 inch open at the botom, so that the tank can vent. Thx again for your info.!!!
Tonight I experimented with an older Sterno folding stove made of steel instead of aluminum & a Trangia burner.I had a rolling boil in about 7-8 minutes. Thanks for sharing.
I bet if you put that sealed bag over your head I'm thinking you might die also... lol.

How is your boat holding up? I just got one myself and I’m making a few modifications to it. I added a stock second seat and used it as an auxiliary power box with outlets. I also added a flip blind and I’m making solid window covers for it, my daughter gets pretty cold waiting for shooting light.
Thank you for sharing! I was wondering how many decoys I could reasonably carry in it.
Just picked one up but I'm not liking the small grip with my big hands.
Hey, thanks for sharing I'm going to try that if I need to that is. But I will keep it in mind.
I found if I don't roll crimp first then fcd the round won't chamber fully or I can't lock the lever in
this is not reloading it is loading new hulls , tittle it right .
i was working in a machine shop years ago and found a piece of scrap aluminum tubing that was just the right size and wall thickness to machine an adapter to hold a trangia burner 1" below the pot supports in a sterno stove, works really well and looks good too.
A good combination stove and cook system. My Svea is 48 years old now and the optimus HE is 5. Nice video.
Good knife but I think a bigger blade can do this kind of job better
Stupid test , these things are too small to have any effect on your health,
I own both the stealth 1200 and a hobie proangler tandem and let me tell you… it is night and day. Treat yourself to a nice high end hobie and put it on a trailer, you won’t regret it
Don't have one myself, so I can't make a judgment. For folks that have trouble using a conventional whetstone and steel, this is probably what you need. Way better than trying to struggle with a dull knife and pretty economical. Razor sharp knife without spending a weeks pay
You forgot to tell everyone about bankline
Hell ofagood idea, ol boy. Many thanks
How does it hold up in choppy water
👏🏽

That Russian federation sold tool, good luck getting those fraudulent bastards to even ship that damn thing to you! I ordered one 6 months ago and it hasn't shown up. Looking to an American designed and sold roll crimp die so that Americans can forget about Russian scam artists!
Would you recommend this for a 50 year old 5’8” 275 lb with a dog for hunting small lakes and back waters?
A better choice would be the Newcanoe Frontier 12. Much lighter and better options.
just ordered one of these off amazon for $14.99, should be here by the 6th. so apparently they are still being made, don't know if the quality is different now but we'll see in a few days.
mine just showed up today. first impressions: it's actually not terrible at all! the aluminum is not paper-thin, it's as thick as the aluminum in my old us-made open country pots. the pot gripper is an almost identical copy of a trangia, on mine the rivet wasn't set completely but i can fix that. the burner is the only thing that feels cheaply-made, it is significantly lighter than a trangia burner but it does work and a trangia simmer ring works well on it and even snaps onto the burner cap for storage. the cap gasket does leak alcohol though, the threads on the burners are different so a trangia cap won't fit it but a trangia o-ring might fit the chinese cap.. i'll look around in my stuff, i think i have a bag of extra o-rings somewhere. one neat feature i discovered is that the larger pot fits into the smaller pot to make a perfect double-boiler, something you can't do with a trangia stormcooker. all in all a really impressive set for a fantastic price.
verified that the trangia o-ring does fit into the chinese cap and does not leak, so really to make this into a totally functional set you just need an o-ring, a simmer ring and a better strap.
They are now up to 25.00 with prime free shipping. Still not too bad .I wish I would have found out about them when they were 10.00 cheaper.
@totaldla, my Wife and I got tired of carrying my stealth 2000 12' in and out of our toy hauler, so we literally built a 4 wheel Kart that we can use to transport my boat in and out and around the yard, also the Kart can be put in the boat in the back of a pickup truck and then strapped in, I wished I could put a picture of the Kart on here for you, I believe it would help you alot
Ladies and Gentlemen, the stealth 2000 the Gentlemen is showing isn't the norm, I've owned a stealth otter 2000 for close to 20 years, they are the best built boats for duck hunting and for anything else you want to do, I've tried to sink her, not possible, we've tried to flip her, by climbing over the side (motor mount side) and couldn't flip her, my Wife and I also designed a custom Kart to transport her, so if you are looking for an over all boat, do some research, these boats come from 8 ft. To 25 ft.
Now, i can sleep tonight. I won't lie down at the end of the day unless i've learned At LEAST one new thing. Thank you ... Hi great video I've Just purchased one of the wee sterno stoves for the same reason for my Swedish military burner I've ordered it from the US as they don't sell them here in the UK always had the problem with big pans on my other stoves but with this one being square my problems have been solved I have the bcb crusader cookset which is my all time go to but you are only limited to what you can cook on it so looking forward to receiving mine thanks for sharing atb crash😁🏴
...I found out..my accident (the hard way) that Hornady brass (FTX rounds) are shorter than standard .45/70 brass...wound up having Lee make me a custom FCD for that shorter brass - I prolly shouldda just tossed it but it was my first time loading that caliber (for a lever gun) - I'd loaded for a Sharps and found to my surprise - shouldda read the instructions - that COAL is friggin' CRITICAL...thought I'd gotten a 'bad' rifle (that wasn't possible) when it wouldn't feed from the magazine...luckily I kept my dumbass mouth shut and finally READ the instructions...COAL WAS critical...kept a detailed log of each round I've loaded for...pisto;l & rifle...note to self on the /45/70...2.59 Max COAL...loaded to 2.586 and no problems feeding...no mo'...
The shortening of 45-70 brass is the reason why I will not load the Hornady 325 ftx in my 45-70s. It is just not worth the time and the ballistic gain is minimal.
...I've been told that and agree - it certainly wasn't worth the shit I went though (before I realized what the problem was) I paid Lee Precision to make me a short FCD just to load those Hornady cases...(it really goes against the grain to chuck otherwise perfect brass)- all of my current crop of Hornady brass is the result/gift of a friend who left it for me to reload, then passed away - I still have the better part of an lb of AA 5744 - unfortunately Starline (and others) .45-70 brass is in short supply and I've only got a few of that brass @@ralphgreenjr.2466
What powder and Grains along with ounce of shot are you using for that 20 gauge reloading?
And to think, Biden - Harris got even more votes. Yeah...as if! 😂
Nice demo here. Just in case someone arrives to this video by means other than the link in Christian Ed's informative treatise on S&W's 329PD, I'm providing a link to his writeup. It is well worth the time to read. sites.google.com/site/hobbyhintstricksideas/Home/s-w-329pd-info
How long did it take you to travel the mile or mile and a half?
I love this system. You don't need to de-prime OR re-prime your hulls. Wonderful!
lol i see what you did there lol
Sure makes it easy if you can find pre-primed hulls for sale. This isn’t technically reloading without reusing a hull, but no big deal, de-priming and re-priming hulls is extremely easy with a few hand tools. If you are firing the shotshell in the same pump or break-action gun, no need to resize.
Price went up to, I have to check again.
That's after one season's use. Tell us your thoughts after four more years.
You going to get people sick dummy
Using new hulls is called "loading", not "reloading".
