Re-issue for sure

I have all three of these I just need sentinel and the Quintesson the ones I have are great except for prime when I got the ss version I realized all the problems the mainline one had

I'm ok with it but you can't call it generation 1 figure for it's not not one Megatron toy has ever looked like g1 in robot mode tracks show no barrel on his back but replaced with back pack

Yes I'm mad about the transformation to a tank and not a gun but I don't care about that I just need his robot mode to look like the 86 movie megatron cause I'm making a shadow box to recreating the show down between him and prime he just need to look like megatron if they are going to make 86 studio series keep the transformation the same

As long as they hide his thank parts Fully, and include a gunmode accessory for starscream to hold, ill be happy ....what if japan does a gun version for themselves? 😂

Take the batteries out, from what I remember a lot of toys from that series had electronic issues.

Don't buy the excuse. His alt mode is from a bygone era?... so is a truck. Yet they still punch out Optimus Primes by the truckload. I will not be happy with a tank mode, there's no tank in the movie. Collection ruined.

If they do have megatron turning into a tank for SS-86, they better use the G1 gun barrel as the tank's turret and not his fusion cannon to keep that G1 looking robot mode design.

I may be late in the comments but you are absolutely right. Everytime I look at my Serpentor and my 3 trouble bubbles I just ask myself why in the hell they wouldn't come with flight stands???? Even if they came out with them and sold them separately with some blast effects they would've made a killing. Hasbro either is stupid or they don't give a damn. If you ask me it's a little of both. I don't buy into a billion dollar toy company being afraid of losing money. Especially on a item that they know will sell. Again leaving money on the table with army build figures makes no sense. Stores should be flooded with them. Vamp and Stingers should not be going out of stock after the first week of selling them. If I seen them in the store today I'd probably buy another one and I already owned both of them. I don't get it. You see how Gridiron and these other people easily making money off your product. Hell naw Hasbro should be on it just to shut them down for real. But what ever🤷🏿‍♂️ I guess

SS86 Megatron should be skipped. I understand the whole "no more gun mode" thing". I also have no problem with Megatron being a tank. He cant be what he was, and he also shouldnt be what he wasnt. Lets change the character. What if Hasbro was unable to come to an agreement with Volkswagen. That would mean that Bumblebee could not be a VW Beetle. Would everyone be ok with SS86 Bumblebee being a camero.

I have probably 130 figures in my collection and every one is on a stand so personally, at this point I’m not rebuying stands for 130 figures…..but that’s just me 🤷🏻 I duno

The stands that come with the retro figures kinda suck. the pegs are small and it’s not a firm connection to the figures foot and Hasbro would charge $20 for a 10 pack of them or something ridiculous! Personally I’m good with the 50 pack for $20 I get off Amazon 🤷🏻 and I don’t use blast effects (I know people do) so I’m not going to comment on that because I don’t care about them one way or another ……but yeah I duno I guess they ain’t worried about the figure stand , blast effects market at this time ……I’d rather have new and unique accessories and weapons packs (not that ridiculously expensive and oversized grid iron studios stuff)

I mean its not that Megatron can't be a tank but they can't make it a studio series that's the whole point of them being accurate to the movies so i am more leading to him not being called Megatron studio series but a legacy it's alright

Hasbro isn't ignoring the community "right now." They've been ignoring the community for decades. They don't care about maximizing profits. They make just enough product to guarantee that a profit will be made. It's a company run by businessmen who don't care about toys in the slightest.

My answer is No. My figures do not hold or need anymore weapons then they can currently hold. The idea of weapon packs in the 80's was to replace the guns we lost as we played with our toys, we play much differently as adults. Figure stands in the retro card collection is neat, but unless you want a boring display of plastic terracotta warriors there is no point. As for Blast Effects, all mine are in a bin and would only use them for photography purposes. You are correct, Hasbro is about making money, and I can see these three items from a collectors point of view as low hanging fruit, but if they listened to the 10% of the loudest voices in the fandom in the end they will lose money. Over the years there have been multiple companies that have listened to the fans, and those fan choices ended up clogging pegs. A company like Hasbro will pivot if a line isn't living up to expectations. An example of that within Classified line was leaning away from NERF Joe and giving us GI Joe, but this was because more than 10% of possible collectors cried out and asked for nostalgia.

Is it easy to have Megatron become a triple changer have him turn into a tank and a gun at the same time without complaining an plus we all scene him turned into a rifle in Transformers Combiner Wars Episode 8 Destruction Dawn you will see Megatron in gun mode an seeing him being used by Optimus Prime it is that damn simple Hasbro an if Evan doesn't want to do that i hope he gets resigned an be replaced by a true G1 fan

It's not a surprise, but it is somewhat of a disappointment, I kind of get it. Gun toys are still sold everywhere, I don't buy those excuses. They could always do it on haslabs or something. But there are lots of 3rd party megs that are guns, so it's not super upsetting. I'm on the fence about it. Hasbro is ball-less, but the needs are being catered. So, whatever, ypu know? But people are also entitled to their opinions, even if we disagree. Even if hasbro has a good reason, people still have a right to be disappointed or upset. That being said, if he's a good figure, I'll definitely pick him up. Love em some megatron

They dragged their feet to long on the stands, there's to many home made sellers that sells them for cheaper than what hasbro would charge. Missed opportunity imo. Buy blast effects 100% great idea. Still want a classified Hooded Commander. But hasbro is going so woke it's not funny.

You're saying what so many fans have been saying for years; but, the only one listening has been Bobby Vala of Valaverse. He's been picking up all that money Hasbro has been leaving on the table. Why do Valaverse fans get listened to and Hasbro fans get ignored?

Honestly back in the day Hasbro was a better company. They don't really listen to fans anymore and hire the people who can make the cheapest cash grabs possible (Lorenzo di Dipsh*t at paramount😅). As a Joe fan since childhood I collect the classified series but it's got its major problems, constantly changing box design, no file cards, Gummi weapons, none at stores, overpriced, flag points?, in demand figures never in stock, hard to find exclusives.... The blast effects and assessories packs are a great idea (disguise pack for zartan?). How about the iconic cobra Commander with the hood?. Hasbro needs a little reset on business practices. Just get some people who actually care about these franchise so the company can get some heart and passion back. Now I'm going to go watch the cinematic masterpiece SnakeEyes origins (threw up in my mouth a little)😅. Yo Freaking Joe!

I forget his name at the moment, the executive they recently brought back to Transformers and Joe who used to be over Transformers several years back. He said in an interview recently that he loves the old weapons packs from the 80s and really wants to do them again. Time will tell if he manages to get stuff like that into the lines.

I have all of the G2 figures except for the two leaders classes and I like them all, my favorite is probably jazz, I like cloud cover too

100 to 1 I'd want different army builder heads (ex; Cobra trooper variant masks and skin tones) and hand packs much more over stands and blast effects. We should get a "Yo Joe!" /"Cobra"/punching fist in, at VERY least, the retro carded figures, not to mention more general release figures. Same with "knife hand"/saluting hand. Not to mention the laser rifles, M16s or typical Cobra rifle. I'd like those over stands. Blast effects aren't nearly as valuable as the others.

I’ve always thought about getting a gun mode Megatron in Haslab. I mean those never make it to mass retail and they always appeal to a specific demographic of collectors. I do intend to get the 86 Megatron regardless because it’s going to be awesome either way.

I would want stands first. For the accessory packs and blast effects, I want them to fix their gummy weapons first. Once they finally do that, they can go and sell the accessory packs.
