I had a mess on the side of the refrigerator next to the stove. Nothing would take it off. But I got some oven cleaner from Dollar tree and sprayed it on there and left it awhile. It's the only thing that worked. I did the same thing on the stove top. Both the refrigerator and the stove were painted surfaces, but it didn't bother the paint at all. Next, I'll be using it on my drip pans.

I would recommend this for porcelain tubs only and not the tile. Toilet bowl cleaner is very corrosive and can eat through grout and caulk. It is fine on the actual tub, just don't let it sit longer than about 15 minutes. Porcelain tubs are enameled and have cast iron underneath. Toilet bowl cleaner is meant to dissolve rust. If there's any part of the porcelain that is damaged, it can eat away at the iron underneath. Toilets are solid porcelain. This is why corrosive bowl cleaner on them is not a problem. Just be careful!

Thanks for your information. I could relate to a lot of it. I am 79 years old now, and have suffered with something, but haven’t been diagnosed in all this time. So frustrated ! I think and have thought that I may have this. But usually he doctors look at you like it’s all in your head. That mzz as led me so upset. I finally told one doctor that if he had the continual pain that I’ve been dealing with day in and nigh times too, he wouldn’t be in his office working, he would be in his bed. I didn’t have a choice, I have to work to support myself. So maybe I should see a Rheumatologist. Guess it wouldn’t hurt.

Hopefully i can save my white shoes. I tried using clorox to clean some coffee spills and it ended up turning my white shoes yellow. Going to try baking soda/vinegar

Don't do this!!! It eventually destroys grout, and if you have glass windows on your shower it will stain it a horrible cloudy colour. I am a professional cleaner, don't do this!!! The best way to keep a shower clean? Sorry, but the best way is shower cleaners and hard work. Do it at least every 2 weeks to save yourself some heartache, it will stay clean and you won't have to scrub so hard.

This is 100% my preferred method. I used scrub and bubbles shower cleaner and got nothing. I used Clorox tile and shower and got nothing. I used ZEP mold and mildew and got nothing. I used bar keepers friend powder and scrubbed for hours and got nothing. There literally wasn’t even a noticeable difference from when I started. Even after going from one product to the next with plenty of rinsing in between. Then I broke out the toilet bowl gel because even if I messed something up, it would have looked way better than the grime that was there. Did not hurt a single thing, the nickel finish is fine, the glass is fine, the grout is fine, the tub itself is fine. Cleared away all of the grime and looks like a brand new shower. And it required almost no effort. Absolutely ridiculous that all of those other products even exist and all it takes is toilet bowl cleaner gel

So I noticed she applied it to the rear corner and then showed how it worked in the front corner. Not a good video, Apples to apples please if you apply the product in one location work that location.

Toothpaste is more effective..... But more expensive compare to baking soda plus vinegar😅

What's the percentage of dilution of the hydrogen peroxide that you used? As in what does it say in the bottle?

I've been scrubbing with baking soda and dawn dish soap. It works pretty well, but I still can't get all of it completely. I think I may try this instead next time.

You have to use baking soda and vinegar separately to get the desired result, because when using them together - they neutralize each other.

If you mix baking soda and vinegar mix you actually neutralize them. So just use vinegar.

I was gonna say that mixing vinegar and baking soda basically cancel each other out and neutralize to create salt water but after further research the bubbling process with the carbon dioxide does help clean out gunk in places hard to reach. As long as people understand that you don't want to mix it before and think it's some awesome cleaning product.
