My i30 have same problem, mechanic said needs new engine, so its been sittinf at the shop for a week until they find a rebuid or used engine for their spare parts buddies. $3-5000AUD job
What was the problem?
im guessing blown headgaskets causing coolant to leak into the combustion chamber causing a lack of combustion which causes the smoke
