I think you said it perfectly, I found that the hardest thing about ogikubo is that everything feels insecure. Usually at other gyms its a bad hand or foot in ogikubo the position itself is always bad

The heel hook where you fell is interesting. Have you tried the Adam Ondra "wiper" method of heel hooking? It looks very different from your technique.

Hi, really inspiring video. Im really curious about when during your sessions (or during the day) you would complete your strength and conditioning. Before, after or during your climbing? Especially with regards to finger strength
anytime you put your all into something you're already super cool Jon. I've been in places in my life wondering why i spent so long on something i know i couldn't have done like others could. I think all the experiences we go through, bad or good, really build towards a better future for ourselves. As bob ross would say, no failures just happy accidents. You've inspired me a bunch and I just know you'll find your way soon.
