There are so many ways to crack an egg. We just wanted to take a crack at this viral method we found...and voila...it worked.

That was what we used to do before we discovered this fun and easy method.

I do this alone, I just crawl on the bed. I can't do the regular method as I am too short to get it turned it right side out properly.

I do it alone. I just crawl on the bed and roll each side little by little. It works well for me. You just have to straighten your fixed sheet after.

We love silk but we are mot fans of satin because it has none of the natural benefits of genuine silk and are a polyester product which is not temperature regulating or breathable like silk.

@Vidform You most definitely can use a fabric steamer (on the silk setting) to smooth out wrinkles. As for air-drying, time can vary based on environmental factors such as humidity and temperature. Generally, it takes about 2-4 hours for a silk pillowcase to air-dry when laid flat or hung up in a well-ventilated area. To speed up the drying process, you can blot the excess water gently with a clean, dry towel before hanging it to dry. Remember, always avoid direct sunlight when drying silk, as it can cause the colors to fade and the fibers to weaken. If your silk pillowcase has lost it's luster, a vinegar rinse may be in order to help restore some of the shine. Most silk is machine washable but it is important to use an enzyme-free detergent formulated specifically for silk and wool and make sure the pillowcase is washed inside out (shiny side in) on a gentle cycle. If you decide to try the clarifying vinegar method, here are the steps: Things You'll Need: White vinegar Lukewarm water A clean, soft towel A basin or a sink Instructions: Prepare the Vinegar Solution: Fill a basin or sink with lukewarm water, making sure it's not too hot as high temperatures can damage silk. Add 1/4 cup of white vinegar to the water and stir gently to mix. Soak the Pillowcase: Submerge your silk pillowcase in the vinegar solution, ensuring it's fully soaked. Gently agitate the water with your hands to distribute the vinegar solution through the silk. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric, as this can damage the delicate fibers. Let It Soak: Allow the pillowcase to soak in the vinegar solution for up to 30 minutes. This will help dissolve any residues and refresh the fabric. Rinse Thoroughly: After soaking, carefully drain the vinegar solution and gently rinse the pillowcase with cold, clean water to remove any vinegar smell and residue. Continue rinsing until the water runs clear. Dry the Pillowcase: Spread out a clean, dry towel and lay the wet pillowcase flat on it. Roll up the towel with the pillowcase inside to gently press out excess water. Avoid wringing out the pillowcase. Unroll the towel and remove the pillowcase. Lay it flat on a dry towel, away from direct sunlight or heat sources to air dry. Tips: Always refer to the care instructions on your silk pillowcase before cleaning. Test the vinegar solution on a small, inconspicuous area of the pillowcase first to ensure it doesn't cause any color fading or damage. Consider using a mild, silk-friendly detergent for regular washing and use the vinegar method occasionally for clarifying.

We recommend washing all silk with cool water regardless of momme to preserve the integrity of the silk.

We would not recommend using any oil-based soap to clean your silk pillowcase as it can lead to staining. We do, however recommend using an enzyme free detergent such as Heritage park laundry Essentials available on Amazon, mpsilks.com and heritageparklaundry.com

Makes it easier to remember "their" is when you're talking about someones thing, like a tent. "There" is a place, like pointing over there. And "they're" means they-are doing something, like camping :)

There are so many ways to tie a silk headscarf but I am not sure that there is a protective style that wouldn't require a knot in the back. Our brand will be unveiling our silk bonnets this Christmas. A bonnet will help you avoid the annoying feeling of sleeping on a knot.
