Manson Replica guitar build Part 5
My 2nd homemade #Manson Replica built for myself.
Part 5: Final Assembly. Put everything together, done the massive electronics, neck setup and bridge setup. It's amazing.
Sustainiac works great and fuzz factory is 100% plug in baby! I modded the Phase 90: fixed depth control, the speed pot can now reach lower values, push pull switch to get R28 mod.
No cavity shield and no buzz ;)

My 2nd homemade #Manson Replica built for myself. Part 4: Painting. Spent a ton of time finding what I was looking for: #delorean alloy look, used but not relic, scratched but shiny as a metal foil. I experimented with rub n buff and epoxy to get a clear hard finish but didn't like the aesthetics. Final painting starts at 5:10 (no music) Subscribe for part 5: assembly!

This is how to build an epoxy guitar finish rotating jig from scrap. I decided to use epoxy resin as a clear finish for my 2nd homemade #Manson Replica and this rotating jig is the only way to do it well. This was easy and cheap (0€) and can be useful for guitar finish / paint too. Subscribe for next part, that will be the real challenge!

Here you have how i built a pivot - rotating and inclined platform to carve this #Manson Replica body. This makes a precise angled ergonomic cut on the guitar body: just choose which radius and angle you want. You will see this router jig working in the next manson replica build video.

My 2nd homemade Manson Replica built for myself. Part 2: neck finishing with Tru Oil. High gloss. Maple wood. Tutorial: 1) Sandpaper at least 320, then up to 1500 (my method: 400-800-1500).
