I Turned Steel Cable into Damascus Knife
zhlédnutí 167KPřed 2 měsíci
Want to buy a Knife? Visit my shop with the link below! bladeluxeknives.com/ This project was aimed toward a twisted Damascus pattern with cable in the middle. All in all, it did not come out how I'd like it, plus the cutting edge does not have up to standard steel, so I would consider this blade a fail. Feel free to leave a comment or anything you see I can improve on, If you enjoyed please li...

Damascus made from Razor Blades
zhlédnutí 24KPřed 4 měsíci
I make a Canister Damascus blade made from razorblades and 1090 powdered steel. Forging this by hand took some time but this knife build ended up being great. Knife making is something I am trying to get better at, and I am going to make more projects like this. If you enjoyed please share, like and comment. I will be posting more Vids like this.
I Turned Bearing Balls into a Beautiful Knife

I make canister Damascus out of Bearing balls, 1095 slab, and 1090 powdered steel. After I forge welded everything together, I quickly realized the pattern of the bearing balls would be eventually grinded off, resulting in sad pattern. Next project I will not let this happen. If you see anything I could improve on, please leave a comment. If you enjoyed, Like and Sub. Thanks for watching, I hav...

Bike chain Damascus
Zach forgot this not the cooking channel 💀
could have just gone to walmart or a camping store and bought a knife that looks just like that. I see no nothing about it to show that it used to be a bike chain
Have you heard of this concept called a “hobby.”
@@Joker-em6oz yeah, but the point is he only created something that looks just like an off the shelf product, when he instead could have created something very cool and unique looking
@@lander77477 I haven’t seen anything like that anywhere. It seems pretty unique to me. If you think that’s unique, I’m not sure what’s actually cool to you
Why?
Why not?

Hi I just sub one question wat is that powder that everyone put on the iron when it's warm
Imagine needing Carbon to get the fire hot enough, and realizing that you need Carbon to harden steel. That marriage is divine..
Eat no, drink? Of course
Put a bit salt
what is that black grey powder when into first step before burning?...
Steel
Does Kitana use Katanas
I love the seasoning part before cooking
Whats the powder he puts on the hot casting?
I don’t get it
Another crappy short making you wait to see the finish, and then giving you barely a glimpse. No, I won't go to your channel to see the rest, and I definitely won't be subscribing..!
We won’t miss you
This katana kinda shot dawg
You can't compare the present with the past because we don't have the materials or craftsmen of the past, and you have no right to make fun of other countries' cultures. Don't complain even though you don't know anything.
Wdym, we have the traditions of the past… passed down how they always were… and you do realize we have what they made in the past? We just just test that and compare
This is so satisfiying
Ok I think that was a waste of time and material.
Do you know what a hobby is? You do realize how abundant iron is right?
Way too much time on their hands
Yes you do have that
That aint no Katana, Katanas have to be forged over many Months in many exhausting and complicated steps
You don’t hold that standard with any other sword. Why are katana special?
Since they were used in the fight by the Japanese Ninjas, they had to be very hard, in order to cut through most things, even through stone. I don‘t know exactly why, but yes.
@@Skrylex_ nothing you said in there is accurate. It’s all bologna dude.
I said, i don‘t exactly know either, but katanas were used by Japanese ninjas. If you don‘t believe me, you are a lost soul. They perhaps are still used, mostly by ninjas, but since there are weapons like guns, why would you use a sword. Anyways, a katana has to be hardened in order to cut realy smoothly through the neck. They also get their weight distributed, so it just cuts through the air like a knife through butter.
@@Skrylex_ no they weren’t… they were used by samurai. Yes every sword is hardened. Every sword has their weight distributed whatever that means
Wow
What about the rubber O-rings in the chain? Won't the resulting impurity weaken the blade?
Obviously removed
The billet has too many cracks!!!!!
Wait is there uranium cus if it’s there I will
How many layers did you add?
What a waste of perfectly good chains for a bicycle.
What a waste of perfectly good oxygen
Now im hungry
Why tf this man adding salt and herbs
My favorite part was the .3 seconds we got to see the knife
Is it possible to mix different metals? such as adamantium vibranium titanium tungsten osmium and iron
A third of those aren’t real. Wdym mix? Make an alloy? Laminate?
Bro made a chopper like katana
It must've took a lot of balls to do something like that
those mints are the keys.

Yes that is you.
Ok so, if you are so good at changing old things into beautiful knives how come you don’t change this world into a beautiful knife?
No it’s not aimed at mass production. What are you talking about?
