This is Kamelot's 3rd vocalist. His name is Tommy Karevik. He replaced Roy Khan, and fortunately, their vocal styles are extremely similar, so he can sing all of Roy's old stuff, and it still sounds as if Roy was singing it. Roy was their vocalist from 1998 to 2011, and then Tommy took over in 2012. I honestly didn't know they had a vocalist change for the first two albums Tommy was singing on. That's how closely they sound alike. But Tommy has been with the band for four albums now. They probably would have five albums out now with him, but it appears the Pandemic interfiered with their plans because they put out nothing between 2018 and 2023. Which was odd because their release schedule was every 2-3 years like clockwork, but this latest album is supposedly a masterpiece.

Firs off? I am the opposite of a voice coach lol..... I am tone deaf probly.... Grew up in the late 60's with Cash and Harleys and drugs and guns. And of course 'free love' I always thought Cash was just basically talking more than singing... His voice is just so good.... so good to listen to that he pulled/pulls it off no matter his age. He was 'authentic' to me.
