Hey just wanted to let you know that the Chevy equinox ev is having some crazy lease deals in nj depending on which rebates you qualify for my neighbor just got 2 of the 2rs trim and paid $6,900 one time payment for each for 36mo/10k miles (they had a Chevy bolt) I got quoted 7200 one time payment for 36/10 on a 2Lt since I didn’t have the bolt it was a little more but that price is including a current lease in the house hold a medical professional and the Gm card so yea maybe look into it some crazy deals fr‼️‼️‼️(oh and I forgot to mention the dealer said if I had a bolt which I don’t 😢 it would’ve been 5200 for 36 months thats highway robbery 💀) also keep in mind I called every dealer in my area I spoke to about 12 dealerships to finally get down to this price it took me the whole day lol

it takes me about 8-9 hours to fully charge a SV Plus on level 2. After 70k miles it's still showing no battery degradation. And It has an 8-year/100,000-mile battery warranty.

My company used Leafs for a few years . Build quality and battery were terrible. Company switched to Chevy Bolts and the Bolts are 100% better. Avoid a Nissan leaf

Except the Leaf is a POS shoebox so unless you're a single college kid living in an urban setting you'd be a MORON for getting a Leaf RIGHT NOW.

I was gonna buy a hybrid and drive it every now and then. Drive my old car to work and daily routine. Mainly a he the hybrid for when I go out of town to the airport etc. But it might screw up mpg or no?

Consumer reports has fallen off a cliff the last few years. Their "reliability" ratings are just regurgitations of the previous model years reliability ratings, and that's true for every manufacturer. Nevermind Toyota Tacomas have their manual transmissions dying at under 1,000 miles, Tundras have their engines blow up, and apparently Grand Highlanders aren't crash safe. Consumer reports is really just shill reports these days.

Last year Spring, I called one Honda dealer on the west side of town about a new Pilot. They said it may not be in by the time I got there that particular day, but I can drive what’s on the lot to feel it out. I had the money to put down. I got there, in my little CRV, and talked to them. The lady I was supposed to talk to, who was there 15 minutes before I got there, because I talked to her over the phone, was at lunch. Don’t know if it was my appearance or what, but she was out to lunch. I went there to purchase a new Pilot. I went across town the next week to a different Honda, they had Pilots, but not ready for delivery yet. I ended up getting a 22 Passport Trail Sport. Haven’t had a huge problem, just a couple flats because of all the damn road construction in Las Vegas. I love this puppy.

I am in a similar situation but on a purchase. I am about 15k upside-down because of an accident. I had wondered if I could roll that into a lease on a Grand Cherokee 4xe and let the ev credit and incentives absorb the negative equity. Then, be free and clean in 3 years' time to walk away and get something different. I didn't know if they roll negative equity into leases if there is the room to do so via rebates, lease cash, ev credit.

Great video and happy you got to 100K, been watching a long time. One suggestion, and maybe I am the only one and that is OK, you can ignore me, but because you are the primary focal point, the ring light reflection in your eyes is super distracting. I know, doesn't effect content and I totally agree if you don't care, just my two cents. It is relatively easy to fix.

Waiting til 2025 model...why? MDX MMR, TLX MMR, travesty of a ZDX...and at the upcoming ADX. Too many things coming out and the RDX is still one of the best sellers around!

After all of the lease buyouts during COVID, automakers (especially Honda) set up leases so lease-buyouts will always be greater than car values to discourage buyouts and end-of-lease purchases. Honda/Acura wants the 2-3 year old cars back to make money to sell as CPO used cars.

I rented a Rav4 plug in hybrid all wheel drive. I was curious and found out car is car cost $47k. This is not a $47k car. It's good on MPG in town at 38 mpg. Highway 38 mpg. I figure if I bought one it would be strictly ICE (gas only).

RDX, needs a total revamp. New engine specs with more power, less noise and for sure a usable interior.

Why bother on the ZDX, electric cats are cheap now, you can het a brand new tesla for $30k and if tou want an electric ar , buy it used. Why would i pay for an electric car $80k, which at best we can day its not even an original design, but rather a copy of a cadillac lyric with Acura badges. We all seen it before, Acura using Isuzu trooper to manufacture a truck knows as the Acura SLX, wort thing ever!

MDX was long overdue for a much refined interior, we sre going on 6+ yrs of the same ridiculous poor design that does nothing for a family of 4.
