STOP!! ARMED Police Escort CAT A MURDER SUSPECT Convoy to Cardiff Crown Court
A Category A prisoner, accused of murdering a father of 11 in the Butetown area of Cardiff is seen being escorted under high security conditions in an armoured prison bus from prison to Cardiff Crown Court.

3:01 should the police car not have turned their lights off there because they actually pressured a vehicle to move through a red light which is illegal (stupidly, why there isn’t an exemption for moving for blue light vehicles seems ridiculous to me).
