I've taken delivery of a vintage 500D. I'm easing myself into it with basic maintenance. I have found no posts on gearbox oil flush and chance. I have the 500 Manual but I see no reference to a gearbox oil chance. Can you help me? Thank you. Marc

Hi mate the engine is still the 650cc motor just has sports Abarth exhaust and a few other bits .

Is this a twin air engine?
Gday I can't pull my pump off as the studs are to long and it wont clear the dynamo case. Do the studs come out if I put another nut on and unscrew it?

Hey i did this and i was still unable to get the fuel pump to pump any fuel! The 500 starts if you pour fuel into the carbi! Any ideas
