Fun to watch but to ramp it up Max needed to pair similar items like The Doritos and the chili lime tortillas and the nutter butters with the almond butter pretzels for a head to head battle. 😂
I can't wait to randomly refer to Fritos as corn-forward in front of my wife and see if she does a double take.

I made Pastitsio a Greek layered dish and substituted the beef with green lentils. I served it to vegetarian Tibetan monks and they said they'd never tasted anything so delicious. I love lentils.
If you want REALLY dry tofu, freeze and then thaw it. Every drop of moisture comes out, and - bonus - the process also changes the texture of the tofu making it much 'meatier.'
I have never really cared for tofu but I just made this scramble today and OMGeez... My new breakfast I see breakfast burritos, omelets (I'm gonna mix mushrooms, onions, etc next time) I think I need to make the Nicht (German for Not) Egg salad too. Thank you for helping my new eating plan so much easier...

A hill I will die on is that Zack’s Mighty Rolled Tortilla Chips should have won this competition by a mile. Not only is it an amazing alternative to Takis, it’s actually significantly tastier AND healthier. I suspect Nisha also liked it based on her initial reaction on the video. Either way, I would like to see Nisha stand up for her choices more in future videos since the vibe was that Joanne was completely taking over the decisions

I made the Lemony Chickpea soup and it was truly awesome. The chickpea puree alone was super delicious. I could just dip tortilla chips or cucumbers in it and eat it. I tried the pasta too and it was quite yummy, but it is not a surprise. I have been making your recipes for a while now and you are very good at what you do. I cannot wait to try the others.

We had an Asian American Pacific Islander event at my job. A few people we asked to cook food from an Asian culture and say how or why they chose it and how it impacted them. I chose this dish, i doubled the recipe and was a bit conservative on the spiciness of it since making for such a big group. I still thought I would have a bit left over for myself for leftovers for work. When I came back and I tell you those people SCRAPED the bottom of my crockpot and a few people asked me for the recipe so I sent them the link to this video and one guy even said it reminded him of an Indian food restaurant he used to go to in college. Made my day! i was smiling so hard from all of the compliments. Never made Indian food before but it was delicious and pretty simple. Will be adding this to the rotation. ABSOLUTLEY LOVED THIS!!! Just made this recipe with garam masala instead of five spices + did it on the stove the whole time instead of oven and it still tasted DELICIOUS
Nisha, you have changed my cooking life yet again! I followed your instructions for pan-frying the tofu and it was amazing. I didn’t have cornstarch so I used a mix of potato starch (despite your warning!) and panko breadcrumbs, cooked the tofu in coconut oil and it was just 👌. Thank you!
