      @nicolegreen3795 my wife and I tried king Arthur 00 pizzaflour and the results were outstanding. The recipe is onth package itself, I believe if you try this recipe, you will not be disappointed. Pizza ovens is a whole other subject, keep plugging away, I know it's going to happen for you

We have tested this recipe multiple times with consistent results and would encourage you to try it. Regarding the extra dough, you can definitely make a delicious loaf of bread with it! Simply shape the dough into a loaf shape and place it on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Let it rise for about 30 minutes to an hour, until it has doubled in size. Then, bake it in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 Celsius) for approximately 30 minutes, or until it's golden brown.       I have the same question I have a Frigidaire bread machine it has the setting raw dough. But I can add time to the setting for 75 minutes ..Can I use this dough to make a sheet pan pizza
