That's wonderful that you were able to find your bracelet and then have it fixed by Cartier! That's one of my biggest fears - to lose something of great value and not have it returned. Hi! It's a stunning bag and even a year in, I still receive many compliments. It looks exactly the same but I think it's because I don't use it as much. It is more of an evening bag and I usually just take it out for drinks with friends. In the past year, I have used this bag a handful of times. I hope that helps! 💕

Hello! Thank you for commenting! That is really interesting to hear and also disappointing! I have had this bracelet since January, and I have not had any issues regarding quality. It's still in perfect condition and has not opened up by itself. I guess this shows that customers need to start inspecting what they buy from luxury stores and unfortunately, that might not even be enough because issues can arise later after wearing the piece! 😵‍💫

If you are still questioning authenticity, I would get it authenticated through another service and I would also contact TRR to share your suspicions. Unfortunately, as much as I love TRR, I have heard of fakes being sold on the website. If you bring the purse directly to Bvlgari, they will confiscate the bag and then you can't have it further investigated. I hope this works out, please keep me updated!

Hi, thank you so much! The smooth black calfskin is delicate so you have to be careful not to cause any indentations or deep scratches. The outside of my bag is in great condition, however, the inside has some normal but light wear and tear. Regarding maintenance, I always keep my bags in a cool and dry place. Sometimes with a dustbag on or off to decrease dust from collecting on the fine chains and delicate designs with embellishments. I also have organizers and pillows for some (not all because it may be challenging to find ones with many compartments). Depending on the bag, if it gets dirty, I will use a small amount of soap and water to clean it off. If it's really dirty, I will clean it with a professional cleaner and conditioner. I hope this helps, I hope you enjoy your first luxury piece!

@@coeurdesucette I completely understand. I absolutely love Bvlgari leather. I think that the quality is excellent. Just keep in mind, there are some leathers that are more delicate like lambskin. You can expect to see creasing, scratches, and indentations with use regardless of the brand.

I thought about that too! But then, I realized if they did that then the continuous design of the serpent scales may not look as nice. Either way, I’m curious to see if they plan on upgrading the design in the near future. Will it be bolder? Use less chains? Mixed with calf leather + exotics? 🤔

Hello! That is a great question! The VAT refund is applicable to countries that are a part of the European Union. Currently, the U.K. is in the process of withdrawing its membership but you can still claim a refund. I recommend talking to a sales associate from Cartier to see if they can help you with your question and if they can provide more information about the VAT process in the U.K. In my experience, I have tried to do this with other brands and have been unsuccessful. Keep in mind, some companies have policies against doing just that and will not ship overseas. I hope you found this helpful!
