Maybe a dumb opinion, but if the only emergency is a burst tire, why don't you just fly to the airport you were headed to originally? Because you have to land either way... Might as well land where you're supposed to. Now I'm not saying this in a situation where the emergency is a fuel leak, engine fire, smoke in the cabin, or anything like that. But a burst tire? I'd probably fly as planned and do the emergency stuff there... (Idk, it's my honest question, correct me if I'm wring, which I probably am)
