I recorded _most_ of this a while ago and decided to come back and finish it. I love this song to death. It was the first AM song I ever heard and immediately fell in love with it. But then I heard the original Alex Turner version from the Submarine soundtrack (fantastic film btw) and fell in love with it even more. So most of this is taken from Alex's version with some things in there as an homage to the AM version.

So much I like watching and listening to your fantastic bas lines

I watched (and constantly come back to them) all your John Deacon covers and as a Queen Fan for 48 years I have to say: you are far ahead of all the others, man. It's nice that you picture John Deacon. Your playing is excellent. In the various songs you hit the strings exactly like John did. JD was a virtuoso on bass, great ideas, versatile playing, super timing, very melodic and simple at the same time and he used pauses like no other. He went up and down the registers, just awesome! For me the best Rock Bassist of all-time and I do not just say that because I am a fan of the years with Fred. I am a pianist, bassist and guitarist too. John Deacon: THE Precision Bass Icon besides James Jamerson. Over and out!
