Im a new 4x4 and bro going up a decent incline with rocks everywhere, i couldnt go any further and needed to back down but she wanted to slide sideways. I took it slow and managed to get out of it.

Many great memories .. back in the day watching 4wdtv on c31 which was the community channel from memory .. and beers with Simon at vic winch These were the days when 4wd content like this was really limited to only 4wd TV and rare 4wd action videos which you could only get on DVD at that stage .. then of course simex rainforest challenge outback challenge only of DVD How 4wd content changed

what kind of winch do these Trucks use?

As someone who has done a reasonable amount of convoy driving behind the wheel of a mog. Only real gripe I had with it was the struggled to keep up with the rest of the convoy doing 100 km/h out on the blacktop. That was more what spec the Army bought, over the vehicle itself. But as is plain to see, mog shits all over the other units in the vid once you get off road. Some of the mogs Army bought had a front mount winch.
