I am 25 now but I had this done 3 years ago... one of the best decisions of my life! Anyone thinking of going through this - do it! Its worth it! The day I had this done I could not sleep because everything was so quiet and my heart was working so well :) Now, 3 years later, I have no problems and the recovery was pretty quick too.

I have never seeked medical consultations it usually just goes away on its own. I’m not sexually active in fact I’m a virgin, but I hold my bladder allot especially at work as it’s a long process to go toilet, finger print scan, boot wash, wash hands, take uniform off, change work boots to personal boots walk all the way to the toilet. Also someone needs to watch my area while I go so I usually just hold it till lunch break.
