If everything everybody has told me about the bolts, your best bet is to go to the tractor supply center and get better bolts because what I was told is the bolts and the nuts are just pots steel

Everyone today is making a mini jeep and all of them have loose bolts. You have to go through every nut and bolt and tighten it up.

For Two to happen like that twice maybe you should check your torque specs . These don’t just get tightened down tight and ran. An upper for my F350 is only 70 ft lbs . Check your procedures. Good luck

Any chances your going to increase the mph?

Anything made in china or that is Chinese brand will rattle apart. Those gy6 motors have a strong vibration when you are running them, they will always rattle things apart. Tightening the motor mounts could help.

Replace all Chinese nuts and bolts, There all made of Monkey metal and stretch during use.

this is a great video! i have a newer model with the engine in the REAR even though i specifically ordered a front mounted engine, im pretty pissed bc all my fears of horrible weight distribution were correct. ill be tearing mine apart and mounting the engine forward ill need the chain tensioner and some other parts for sure. your video will be a great guide of where ill need to cut and weld brackets and everything to make it work. QUESTION is there a good website that you are getting any good parts from? my frame seems to be the same there is even an engine mount in front under the hood. and thanks again

I got one but assembled it myself. I hear all the preassembled ones have issues. so far no problems and I offroad it in the desert everday

The key appears to be do the work on it prior to driving it. Tighten up and lock tight and don't have the crash or breakdown.

Dont blame the dealer he can only put together the crapy Chinese parts together and if they are like the cheap china atvs they dont go together like they are supposed to the fasteners are all super cheap I would not just tighten replace as many as you can if you want a good one you gotta pay more but ya all the fasteners fall out

I have a question. We just got one and the steering has already came apart. I think we are missing a part on the drivers side. There’s a threaded shaft that runs underneath held by U bolts and connects to the passenger side hub, but doesn’t connect to anything on drivers side? Unless we lost something when it came apart.
