Your directions in this video are very inadequate. I found the instructions on the label much better. 1/4 cup of water needs to be in the microwave when heating the bag.

Pretty weak. Great for the pre common sense folks who need a video to help them plug things in that can only plug in one way and turn switches on. I’m sure folks searching CZcams are looking for what the different modes are and how each mode differs and is applicable for certain pain relief

Can this unit set from 2-10hz?

Can I use it without the pads? I don't think I have those. It is important that people have BARE FEET -I kept thinking mine didn't work at all. I had it on 30 when I took my socks off and it scared me!! Now that I know it works I need to know if it is fine to do with and without the pads.

Good product. Very poor instructions. Microwaves vary. I put both of mine in for 30 seconds at a time the 1st time I used it because over heating burns holes. They heated properly in 1 1/2 minutes in my microwave. You are supposed to wait a few minutes, to avoid burning your skin, before using them. The moist heat is well worth the effort. Someone suggested placing a half cup of water in microwave along with Bed Buddies.

Hello I ordered one from amazon in July 2023. But the machine has been malfunctioning until recently, the screen won’t turn on. The machine only beeps, and does not stimulate. Can I get mine replaced? I can’t get a replacement from Amazon as it’s been too long to get it exchanged from them. Please let me know what I can do

These things will malfunction just in time to not be able to return them. Put in fresh batteries only for the device to say low battery. Bought batteries from two different places to be sure. Garbage
