My first video on my 1994 Suzuki Gn250 ! I'm planning to transform it into a scramble, or something similar. 1st part was to change the exhaust. (The previous one was too big, and it was slightly damaged.) So I got a universal reverse cone muffler "shorty", and it makes a BIG difference in comparison to the last one! I also applied a dark green/black heat wrap, just because I like it, it covers...

Card-Joker It is still comfortable for the main rider, not as comfortable for the passenger. But doable. I didn’t feel the plastic, but the pillion sometimes felt the two plastic ridges. Not a problem for small rides, as the plastic is behind and just in front of the rear passenger. The rear indicators were relocated to brackets attached between the frame and the rear suspension, at the main bolts. Hope it helps!
