Tubing Bender Blues (Harbor Freight vs Woodward Fab)
zhlédnutí 133KPřed 9 lety
Tubing benders, after boo-coo research this is what I came up with. I needed some real clean 90 degree bends (no crap) I tried the Harbor Freight 16 ton "Pipe bender" that's been in my shed for a decade so I don't have to buy a new bender, then I modified it to perform better as per CharlieBoyd65 here is the link to Charlie's video... czcams.com/video/ZlSnVSrWg0M/video.html

The only video I’ve ever seen where the Tesoro Lobo actually found a gold nugget in the field and not in a damned air test!
I think you should have dumped the dirt way faster than what you did. You should have just dumped the whole bucket on it.😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Fascinating!
Seeing you do this I can do it to I'm gonna put my mind to it and get it done now
You definitely can!!! 👍🏽
I think your just trying to hypnotize all of us 😂😊 but no great video thank you
Any videos of replacing the starter on that unit
No although i did replace mine but it was so easy i didn’t film it.
Awesome video. I feel like I’m listening to Kurt Russell. 😂
You would not believe how many people say that!!! 😆
Great video! Q1) No Harbour Freight in Canada! Those vice grips and long screw driver are $50 minimum up here ! Have to weigh that cost over the cost of a new tank. What's a new tank cost in the US ? Q2) Why the mask ? lol
I would try amazon as well for the tools, i never checked the price of a new tank, not even sure they make em. The masks are popular now for sunblock but back the we were just having fun.
Princess Auto has 22" Screw Driver for $11.99 and the vice grips (Long-Reach Locking Plier) are $21.99. I am going to try the socket with extensions to put the clip back on.
My lower control arm won't budge from the threads of the control arm. I think the threads got bent or something when I went over an ice boulder.
How does it do with course materials? Not sand but rocks and such you find riverside.
I’ve never really used it for course materials, it would probably be faster to just pan.
I changed mine in my 2009 Traverse and it’s still not working…😡 so frustrating!!
Did you give it away?
Nope
i’m tempted to start making bricks again, it was quite fun!
Hello. What drill and drill bit are you using. Tks
I’d use s plug in drill if i were you, cordless drills burn out. i welded a saw blade on to a long shaft for mixing but snything similar would work.
Nice job
Why the need for turning it into pulp?
it makes for a denser brick which burns longer.
@@Bucket247 thank you so much. If I add coffee ground, would it work too? Paper+ coffee ground bricket
your narration and voice style is wonderful
I love this guy!! I feel like we would be good friends!! "If you ever wanna make things harder on yourself get a harbor freight ball joint kit" 🤣🤣
Btw nice dad shoes!! 😆
🍺 Cheers buddy! Glad you appreciate the humor!! 😆
Great video! You helped me very much!
STOP the music…amazing video
Half a day to make four bricks.
put the crack pipe down… i made a shit ton of em.
Much better briquettes 👍
you get huge points for cutting to the chase. i love the double press and air holes. if you open the release on you jack enough to remove it, then close it, you can just open it again and squeeze you r jack into place much faster. well done! how long does it take to dry on average?
Thanks Abe! I live in San Diego so if i pump out some bricks in the summer it takes about two to three weeks to dry, i flip them over every week until dry. Winter could take a month to dry completely if not more.
Waiting for more of your videos
😃
Planning to attempt the repair. As added security what might be the negatives to tie the glued magnet ring to the float using maybe fishing line? Thanks
i’d imagine that could work if you used like 2-4 lb test but make sure that it still has room to freely float up and down.
@@Bucket247 also the wiring at 12.20. does it detach from the butt connection by just pulling apart? Thanks again.
Fixed the problem. Thanks so much. Information was very helpful.Much appreciated
that's what she said
My water pressure goes down after running for ten minutes or so. I don't mess with any settings and the second machine we have runs fine off the same power sources. Any idea what is going on?
maybe ck the cables for solid contact or corrosion?
Thank you

Thanks man! Just starting this with new upper and lower control arms with bushings and ball joints already installed! Tell me what the torsion arm procedure was???
Are you related to Jim Rome?
Thanks. Others took the rotor off. Great tip
Awesome video! Thank You!!!
Thanks!! glad to help out!
Your'e not running this correctly. Slow down the water, lower the spray bar so it shoots into the hole.
how much you charge me to send me those tools lol awesome video thanks much for sharing!
Smh
Outstanding artistic values, as for that gold from a single 1/2 bucket - file it under fantasy!
….Indeed my friend… indeed!! 😆
I was going to ask about heavy metals in the inks etc but then you threw on the funky flames and I was like "understandable have a nice day"
Chilling man bending tube, great.
What volt battery you using.
12v battery
2:30 - yes, the bolt "can" come all the way out, it just doesn't need to.
jesus bro😂😂😂that mf is ALL THE WAY UP
😆…. no joke!!
On a Buick LeSabre... If you push the 'Cruise Control' button and nothing happens (no amber light on in the on/off button) the easiest and therefore the FIRST thing to check is the #14 fuse in the fuse-box under the hood. If that is not the problem, the SECOND thing is check fuses under the steering column. (Under the steering wheel, about where your left knee is when driving). Remove the plastic cover panel (it just pulls off), then remove the steel plate that is under that panel (just four 10mm screws). There is a small black rectangular plastic box with wires sticking out of it. Open the box and you will find three 2 AMP fuses. Check these for a burn-out. They control the lights/function of the buttons on your steering wheel. AND they are not mentioned in the owners manual. This job takes about 10 minutes to do, and it will save you hours or even days of frustration. (I just fixed my own 2004 Buick Lesabre this way; and also fixed a friends 2001 Lesabre this way; so I'm guessing they all have these 2 amp fuses under the steering column).
GREAT info Don!!!! Thanks for posting!
@donjet5371 I'm going to follow these steps on a 2000 GMC Sierra I just got. Maybe there are 2 AMP fuses under steering wheel as well. I did check the Cruise Fuse in side panel fuse box and it is OK. thx
A 98 Ford that doesn't have a lot of rust? Either it's from the southern States or it's some kind of flippin magic! Also a little tip for opening up your bottom ball joint.... Put another Jack or something solid underneath the ball joint and lower the car back on it before you loosen the upper ball joint
Yea it’s southern taxifornia, where the gas prices are too high to drive em anywhere!
Great video 👍 shame the press wasn't up to the standard needed. Jamie
Were your brake lights still working even though you had to replace the switch to get cruise?
yea my brake lights worked fine. 🤷🏼♂️
The reason i know this is because i checked all the lights the day i bought it for the ride home… but when i tried the cruise control on the way home it didn’t work so i thought i was just doing something wrong.
@@Bucket247 thank you. I purchased a wrecked Sierra I just finished getting back on the road. Cruise not functioning. I’ll do the brake switch now. Thank you.
Where are your brake lights still working even though you had to replace the switch to get cruise?
Ball joint tool makes it easier
Bjr quel taille de pépite la plus petite avez vous trouvé merci
