"Take Flight" by me [GD]
The OGs will remember that I did a video on how I built the beginning of this, and that I indeed built it on an airplane lol. Since then I've had the chance to travel by plane twice more, and I used that time to finish the level. I polished it a bit when I got home though, to add the things I hadn't had the chance to add on the flights. Hopefully it's worthy of at least a rate :)

A very charming level. Windglass is the perfect song to make an XXL level out of, and glyphicon executed it very well. This level certainly catches the eye: It has detailed assets, vibrant landscapes and an astonishing cinematic masterpiece of an endscreen with no less than 10 different camera shots. To me, everything about this level feels perfect, from the game design, to the gimmicks, to the music and SFX choice, to the decoration and unobtrusive background story. If you're just looking to grind stars, turn away. But if you want to go on a journey, I highly recommend that you try this experience out for yourself. Took a while but I had a blast building this :D. Tried to do the best I could with my modern style since it's the first part in the level. 100 groups and around 11k objects, which is a lot but keep in mind it's basically 3 parts in one lol. I don't really like playing memory demons generally, but this level manages to keep things interesting with unique gameplay sections and of course, awesome visuals. After 2 months of basically non-stop grinding, this project is finally done! This is probably my best level to date, and it's definitely the most connection I've felt to a level, ever.
