We are The Dale Tribe. A family of 6 that live in the mountains of Colorado. Jon (dad) is British, adventurous and goofy. Amy (mom) is a fan of Star Wars, beanies, Harry Potter, all things Korean....and lots of other things. Anna (18) is an artist and has a stellar personality. Eli (15) is into parkour and skating. Shae (13) loves to sing and act (and, yes, she's really tall for her age). Aspen (11) is the joy bomb in the family and loves going on adventures. She has Type 1 Diabetes, but that doesn't slow her down at all! Iroh is the family pet. He is a bengal and looks like an exotic jungle cat and we love him! Phoenix is a standard poodle who is being trained to be a Diabetic Alert Dog for Aspen who has Type 1 Diabetes.

I just wanted say I’ve been watching since 2021 and this help me understand diabetic stuff I’m still in the know type there getting mixed signals if I’m type 2 or 1 I’m thinking I’m type one because my high and lows I’ve been having and this helped me understand Im not alone and Im happy coming across you guys because this been a journey for mine diabetic thx guys ❤😊

How’s Shae doing with her pots diagnosis? I was recently diagnosed and was curious about the process of getting diagnosed and how life is now with pots. Tips and trick, What helps?
She’s doing well. She avoids caffeine, drinks a lot of water and has LMNT (or something like it often). If she really starts to feel symptoms she will drink LMNT (that seems to help the most). Hope this is helpful!
