Great listen! I've been using ~3g Musashi Beta Alanine daily for about 2 years as a powerlifter. It's not an RCT, but I'm only getting stronger 😉🔥 I like to take it soon after each meal, it lessens the tingles. Would that affect absorption?
Is musashi high protein is for bulk ??

I've taken 30 mins before rugby kick off, never had issues seemed to work well. sadly I moved away from Asia and can't seem to get this great product in North America.
A disgusting, obviously substandard product that I can only imagine barely scraped a pass from the FDA... Was it even tested?
The vanilla icecream flavour is incredible.
Underated channel, deserve more support

I see these contain brown rice protein concentrate, is this safe? Ive heard brown rice (rice with its husk intact) contains toxins and should be avoided. Please shed some light on this, I’ve ordered 4kg of plant protein from musashi and after hearing this I’m a bit worried.
I am a Mechanical Fitter and I work Newcrest Mining.. I sweat everyday at work coz of physical work. Can I take Musashi first thing in the morning before breakfast and then go to work??
I work as a Mechanical Fitter in a Rebuild Shop with a Mining Company. I sweat everyday basically from physical work in the workshop. Can I take Musashi in the morning before breakfast and before heading to work?
No reason why you couldn't, yeah. Though if you're having the powder with milk in a shake rather than water it might feel a bit heavy for you if you're goin straight into hard physical labor. I haven't tried any Musashi protein powders but my day generally starts with a protein shake and something light, maybe a handful of peanuts/cashews, if I'm not doing a lot I'll have a shake and something denser like a bowl of muesli with greek yoghurt and a banana.
Nice seeing this. Want views? Check Promo sm!!!

Don't engage for the whole round rob only the first half and grapple and wrestle for the second half. Make him come to you he's not that good at engaging in Mma but is devastating at countering....don't let him. Good luck rob. Ps if you have to blitz finish in the clinch every time.
