Oh boy, several errors done with this cleaning. 100% that dryer vent line isn’t cleaned.

There is absolutely nothing easy about this job. In future, use a pressurized water sprayer over the working area…. cuts down the dust.

Nice going, only suggestion would be to cut the upper corner of the seal at a 45 degree so that it does not sit on-top of the top seal. Makes for a better seal in the corner

Do not use vinegar! When rubber is exposed to vinegar, it can cause the rubber to swell and become soft due to the acidic nature of the vinegar. This can lead to a decrease in the strength and durability of the rubber, as well as discoloration. Your seals will wear out a lot faster and cause leaks if you use vinegar regularly.

What type of paint did you use?

Genius princess obvious.

a little water (like a few drops) with a little bit of white paint mixed in will help lighten the color of your paint. Just do a small batch, and paint a little on something else that is spare piece plastic, and let dry to see if it better matches your siding before painting. You gotta let paint dry to get the actual finish color.

I make cracks bigger with a tool then fill. I’m so confused as some use silicone glue, some sand and some don’t gouge open hairline cracks from earth movement. Thanks nice video.

I have long hair, and ordered a shower drain cover from amazon. (I have the same drain type as you. the raised one that is in bathtubs). Literally catches EVERYTHING so that you no longer need to dig in the drains.

Just use a small roller, much quicker and easier. I found it pointless using the edger from a ladder by hand when you can screw it onto a poll.

Amazon repair kit, quart of paint, and paint sponge. Could have just bought a panel of DL4 Natural Clay siding. The gap left on the overlap is just as problematic as the holes. Each siding manufacturer has their own specific locking system. There is a serial number on each panel locking system that inicates color and manufacture to match new panel with existing panels.

I ordered that Guppyhill patch kit. Prepped the siding, it didn't stick. I hate vinyl siding.

I greatly dislike vinyl siding. It just looks and is cheap and can warp in really hot weather.
