    1) Family Law "court" is private and it's purpose is to create contracts/agreements: 2) Family Law "judges" are administrative law judges "ALJ" not judicial: 3) Administrative law judges shall conduct themselves in GOOD BEHAVIOR. Threatening violence is not in good behavior: 4) ALJ cannot be a victim, witness and adjudicate the alleged "contempt" People, stay out of these courts and manage your own family affairs!

Great informative video missing is how states capitalize off child support is byway of Title IVD. for money ( bonuses) that is a hidden benefit for every child support case ( this blurs the authenticity) . What about fraud upon the court wherein a case is filled only byway of snap benefits child support tries to capitalize of adding retro benefits that are allowed to be forced on a person without proof Child support ,

DoJudges think about What's the overall positive outcome using contempt taking a person's freedom due to income inability to comply. If someone had a job they definitely lost it, you add an arrest on their record, suspend dl and while in jail loose their residence and everything that goes along with that scenario. Now the person comes out of jail in worst financial situation because of Contempt no job, place to live, no money and a arrest on background still unable to pay child support. This contempt power has now destroyed this person. Does the court consider their action. What about hearing officers signing orders on behalf of judge that it says the judge is to review all orders that have his signature especially on contempt order.

You guys can break the forth wall in CZcams and sentence someone? Or that was an official court session via zoom, with you addressing them by name? Im here because i was curious what could happen for contempt. But I've been trying to understand different types of law , because I've seen a lot of corruption and predatory and hunting and trapping and punishments without objective discernment, and so so many breaches of conduct and very damaging methods without consideration, and one track mind, get the person to do something prosecutable. In private spaces. Have you seen anything like this going on? In all aspects of life. Ongoing. And trying to learn from a CZcams video, presented as a teaching aid, and ritualising in viewers presence and looping them into the neverending persecution and imprisonment cycle. For history repeating like clockwork. My daughter's dad kicked me out with the baby when she was 3. He moved 600 miles away. I filed for support and got like 250 a month. Shes 14 now and 3 years ago he heard i was acting delusional. I had ended a relationship where suffered narcissistic abuse and caregiver burnout and compassion fatigue, he had Parkinson's. Im still traumatized, but not crazy or unfit parent. Daughter's dad moved into my mom's house and is still there today 3 years later, so is our daughter, and outside in a camper is where I've been staying. The whole 3 years. While he gathers strength, resources, and things that he thinks are evidence of being insane or mentally ill. With the occasional threat of me losing the medicaid i have with our daughter.if i don't do what he wanted me to do. I give the 250 to my mom because she's paying for braces and housing.. earlier this month my mom informed me that he is moving away with our daughter. Um, then next day he informed me. Not asked how I felt about it, there was generational cycles of trauma that i consciously broke concerning my mom and stepdad, and her dad moving into my moms house to campaign against me in front of her undid everything i spent so long doing. I witnessed my stepdad telling my daughter's dad that he is able to bring me to a state of unhealed childhood trauma. I've been stuck here without a way to get a healthier place for me and her, because he came here to my family that doesn't like me, stale mate. I went to dss for preventable assistance today and they said they don't have anything like what i found on their website. I hate every moment of the last 3 years. Child support orders him to pay me the custodial parent. It's not the 250, it's how long i did it alone, and shouldn't have had to sue him for help 600 miles away. That he went so long without contact he wasn't aware i was being narcissistic abused and drained as Parkinson's caregiver.

I'm in the same situation. No reason to keep going before that judge. Are the violations in reference to your civil rights or did the judge break the Rules of Judicial Conduct? You have to appeal the judge to the upper courts this gives your case an opportunity to be heard by judges that are above the lower courts. While appealing the hearing in your case submit a motion to stay so that nothing else can happen until the from the verdict from the appeals have been entered.

Can I request that a judge hold someone in contempt for every time that they've been proven to have lied in their written statements/motions & under oath in person? I always thought that a judge would hold someone in contempt for perjury if they lied to them &or refused to comply with court orders. Especially at a certain point & if that individual continues to file motions & bring the other party to court based on statements that were proved to be lies. But what do I do as an individual without representation? Also, shouldn't a judge hold an attorney in contempt for screaming at them & telling them that their ruling is absurd? Or could I ask that a judge hold an attorney in contempt for that? What could I do if an attorney knowingly & willingly lies on their clients behalf about under the table income when just weeks prior, on record in custody court, they admitted to them having multiple incomes?

It's such a catastrophic and debased error that validates & affirms the polar opposite of best interests resulting in the worst possible interests and more harm than any good! We're too far, & too long into this "branch of law" to still be playing pass the ball. my children were taken via ex parte emergency custody... and the only reason stated in the order was that their father wanted them to attend his school district. There was not even the slightest suggestion of the kids being in any kind of danger, only that he wanted them to go to his school district. The judge allowed this. They took my kids, and when the date of hearing came - the judge pushed the date back another week because his attorney could "use another week". I went without contact with my boys the entire time. The return on ex parte hearing? It never happened... it was lumped together with the temporary custody and the judge never addressed it. It was never dealt with. The entire thing was a complete farce. Clearly lacking even a CLAIM that would fall within the scope of this action, and certainly without any proof that would justify the removal of my kids without regard for the "STATUS QUO", as well as my federally protected fundemental liberties thrown in the trash can. No one even batted an eye lash.... no one lost any sleep, except for myself and my children. I was told by several attorneys that they see this all the time in Johnston County, NC. The status quo was not preserved, it was dismantled. The children taken from their home and for no reason other than "he wanted them to attend his school". If any of you think the law gives a damn about what's right, please dont be a fool like I was. I had the LAW on my side. It was my biggest mistake - these judges dont give a damn about the law. The system doesnt even follow its own rules, and sure as hell doesnt care about you or your kids :)

Legal aide tells us to bow down to Cps and agree with the allegations against us even though I made it clear that I was not in agreement with the allegations at all and they were going on hearsay and they brought up the history of my living in a group home at the age of 12 years old and I am now 39! I have no knowledge about any of my rights and I have made mistakes in this process unknowingly making my self easy to make a false narrative that is so wrong I wanted to make the judge aware of the fact I was not in agreement with the allegations against me I was told to pick ground on why Cps were able to take my baby I begged them to test me on the spot I was denied the opportunity to be tested on my doctor office or any other way but the company they contracted to do urinalysis test for them and they are backlogged by 6 months to a year before they can do it I done everything else I just wanted to let the judge know thing’s that were not true and had no proof of being possibly a threat and my lawyer told me no to not push. Bsck against Cps or they will never give my son back if I spoke on them it’s been a year and a circus of them not presented my capacity assessment all the reports from my therapist that are positive I stayed in a three month program and graduate it but nothing will be seen by the judge unless I go to trial and it’s been almost two years they really got it wrong they sent the testing company to the wrong address for a month and marked me dirty for not being at an address that was wrong they made the mistake then I had to wait for the urinalysis company to come back around again another 6 months and I really prey the judge sees the wrong way inhumane treatment still happening through my whole case nobody can understand it they never contacted anyone from my family not once my therapist not once nobody they took him and keeping him I’m still jumping through hoops if at the recon three months hopefully I get him back or get the chance to go to trial to show that they did this

I have A. Question, even if the judges are the judges sometimes to the parents don't have enough money to pay for the attorney. Why won't they listen because the other parent ends up alienating the child because they mostly abused the other parent to appoint. Were there no longer able to defend themselves and be an involved in the child's life? Why? Why? Why don't they listen? Cause it's not because we're calling them names as judges, but because we want them to listen, because we want to be involved in the child's life. Whether we did something wrong or not. I wonder they don't listen. Not because we're being mean to a show but we're trying to show them evidence of what the other parent has done The? Other parent don't want the other parent to defend its involvement inside the child's life. Why emotionally abuses the parent to words?Unable to defend its own identity of being involved inside the child's life as co Parent Emotionally abusive sexual cohesion is a crime I wonder why the judge don't let us show them Because sometimes the parent is emotionally abusing the child. And the mother in front of the child are the other parent in front of the child and they try to get it to work. It's not the other defendant is not able to defend it so and try to say that the other parent doesn't want to be involved in the other child's life instead of the other parent trying to defend itself From within its own identity without the other parent impersonating the other criminally impersonateteing parents identity With? Because they don't care about the child or the other parent. All they care about it the money. If they can remove one parent from from a childs life then they cN issue a title IV D order in which the state profits from. Title IV D is a contract through the welfare act giving one parent government funds. They then turn around and collect money from the other parent as profit with incentives...

The reality of the situation is these people don't care because they didn't get effected (Your Situation) like others have and this is why you have people with no Sympathy or Empathy towards a man in this situation they automatically assume you don't want to pay or trying to get out of the obligation when it really is you have no resources and can't make what needs to happen happen.... Most Alienated parents are the ultimate losers in the end and nobody cares about the emotional rollercoaster the other parent endured both by State Government and the Custodial Parent especially being labeled a Deadbeat and excommunicated from the very person you had a child with and in turn the child as well.

I have an apparently difficult and unheard of question.... My son's father and I are not together, CPS snatched my son in mid 2020, the father was in prison since before I even had my son, over 10 years. We were appointed different attorneys, our rights were terminated, I had my appealant attorney file an appeal (I guess you could say, "for me"). Only I am named in the whole appeal and only discussed what did/did not happen pertaining to the case and my son. I won my appeal. So..... since the father was represented apart from me, my appeal only contained actual events taken place in regards to me and me and the Dept., my son, my appointed attorney, caseworker, etc. My appeal does NOT affect the final order for the father, correct? His rights are still terminated, correct? Besides, the father's absense all my son's life, is considered "abandonment", correct? Please, help me to know these answers.

Why don't you follow the federal rules set out in the green book under section 8? Calling this person a judge in this matter is a lie!

How about the right to a jury trial? How about changing the evidentiary standards to the same as other courts? How about kicking out child support who has no standing in the court whatsoever?

You guys are telling us what the laws are, and you’re confirming that they are indeed broken, frequently! But you’re not telling us, as parents representing ourselves and fighting for our children, how to fix the problem! What do I do? Most of what you talked about has happened to me! How do I correct it?

Both sides should have an attorney. It is absolutely ludicrous that the courts force abused women to defend themselves and their children against their abuser, who takes all the family money and buys himself an attorney for the whole purpose of destroying the wife because she left him.

it's absolutely Ludacris as you say for the mother to use false allegations to obtain no contact orders without domestic abuse or any violence threats I literally had a judge a few months ago on the 8th contempt for interference with visitation The judge asked her attorney if he would like to have a no contact order against me as well just out of the blue solicited a no contact order this is in Iowa it's been 4 years since I've seen my son but they've raised my child support every year and I pay it and I carry insurance on him We just filed a 30 count contempt pro se, because I couldn't get an attorney within a 50 mi radius of where I live in Iowa being 100% service-connected disabled combat veteran I don't have the resources that most people have I guess every attorney I talk to the minimum was 5 to $10,000 retainer and I told them The only thing I need is for the judge to enforce their own orders like I said I'm on my 10th contempt in 4 years against her and this one's a 30 count contempt I absolutely have grounds in the judge has an obligation to do a change of custody this isn't the first time she's been found in contemption it's a pattern of behavior for the last 13 years it's ridiculous draining it's not in the best interest of the child and it's 100% interference with a child parent relationship assisted by the courts because the Iowa courts also said you don't have constitutional rights and family courts we don't acknowledge federal law and they held up to it because they violated the ADA too when I invoked it.
