Amazing
Sir please could you explain different fixed appliance prescription
Yes. Thinking about that. Next topic
Sir can u mak a video on begg mechanics
Your lecture helped me a lot! Now I know how to bend wires! Thanks a lot!
hello sir i have a theory where proclining the upper incisors and inclining the lower incisors may help the mandible slide forward and chin to appear more prominent..is this reasonable?
Nice thought. In growing age it's important that mandible doesn't get locked due to any malocclusion. Class 2 div 2 may lock the mandible so your theory is correct in that case. But in class II div 1 lower Incisors are sometimes proclined and doesn't allow mandible to grow
❤❤❤ thank you
SIR where is part two of this video?
Very helpful, thank you
Very helpful, thank you
Does this work if there are upper third molars present
Less likely.
Thank you 🙏
sir please make the video in myofunctional appliance
Excelent video Doctor, thank you!
Thank you so muchhh that was a very excellent explanation ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Great thanks 👍😊
Therefore wits appraisal in a better indicator . Isnt it ?
Errors of Occlusal plane affect witts appraisal too. None of the analysis is perfect till now
Gable bend is also given to avoid extrusion of molar
Prevents unwanted Tipping
Sir,Where is cinching contraindicated and where indicated?
When you want distalization of molar or expansion with archwire then contraindicated to cinch flushing with molar band. When you don't want flaring of the teeth or to avoid unwanted dislodging of wire then it's indicated
❤❤❤
Best channel
The movement that you show at 8:05 is it possible in reality? Wouldn't there be some restrictions from the bone to prevent movement of the root at such a long distance?
Movements are always gradual in orthodontics and of course bone will resist too. But bone resorbs on force application. Secondly, when we try to learn biomechanics we have to neglect all other factors and focus on just force and its 3 dimensional response on tooth
Thank you
Very good explanation with simple animation and info.
Thank u doctor for your great job
Outstanding explanation sir....if possible kindly elaborate these concepts on explaining the biomecahnics of various appliances and elastics also 😊

Will you me aboutvither clinical application of 2nd and 3rd order bent
Sorry dear. I didn't get your question. Can you clarify more
Does this process remove enamel alongside? I’m thinking of taking my composite bonding off due to discoloration. I don’t know if the procedure would be similar and I can go back to my natural tooth. And if I want to take it off in my case what is the best tool I should ask my dentist to use? Thank you!
Yes. You can remove composite with this. Acid etching may help you too in identifying the margins of composite restoration/filing or material
this is very helpful. i can understand much better. Thank you so much!
Excellent video

There’s an error- distal step prevalence is 10% not 14%. Mesial step prevalence is 14%. Please double check and correct the error.
Depends on references and varies in different population.
I could never show you, dr enough gratitude for I have never understood orthodontics the way I have from seeing your videos
Thank you sir , very informative videos
Respect ❤
Very informative thank you sir, respect ❤
Nice Sir keep it up it is really helpful
What about reactionary forces on lower molars
Lingual crown torque should be given to prevent reactionary proclination
@@irfansinstituteofclinicalortho elastic can cause extrusion of lower molar ..?
@maqbooltahataha1781 in this design vertical force vector in minimal as compared to class 2 elastics given directly. So chances extrusion is also minimised
thank you so much .. your videos really help me to understand the basic of orthodontic biomechanics
best explanation that i have ever heard. Greetings from Uzbekistan.
