surely when more people realise the part out value of this set more people will buy it to part out and therefore decrease the scarcity of the parts and then the price

You aren't running a Bricklink store properly until you start generating two problems for each one you solve :D Another great vlog and congrats on the anniversary!

I will say that connect bricks vs filling boxes gives you about 20% more With cups and boxes my local store has masonry profile bricks and I stacked them to the brim

... I don't know how you do it ＼(ﾟｰﾟ＼) Very impressive (‾◡◝) As I mentioned before, my store is a bit smaller than yours and I do 12hrs a day 7 days to keep up with everything. And I don't have a normal job or all the time it takes to film and upload to CZcams ! ( I have in the past made videos for Numismatic coins and modifying my Rotary engine ) so I understand it takes time. You must have a more efficient way of listing and sorting parts:)

Happy Anniversary! A few people have done experiments on stacking vs dumping for Pick-a-Brick boxes, and you can get as much as 25%-33% more. It takes a lot of time, but can be well worth it.

The new store room and arrangement looks great! I recently moved in to a bigger room as well and, like you, my wife had a much better way of how things should be arranged. This actually allowed me to add another shelving unit to add 16 more drawer sets. Sometimes, we just have to listen LOL. Thank you for your time!
