I love the last works of Frank Stella, not everyone agrees, but that is the nature of abstract forms. Stella remarked that he thought certain other artist had greater gifts, however his artistry was one of wrestling pursuit of a vision and not being a replicator of other artists.

What a lot of horse-shit. His blathering, his 'art philosophy,' and his 'paintings.' Loved and bought by fools the world over. They say a country gets the governments it deserves - it also seems to be true for painters. This is an age of art-clowns; buffoons who yack and bounce about. And so often, their stuff is merely very very large - as if they have to complensate for how trivial it really is.

Her "art" is indistinguishable from the art of rich white liberal girls. "bro, what if I painted stuff on my face and took a photo of it? Wouldn't that be DEEP?" Pure narcissism given a platform because multi billion dollar corporations have to give lipservice to token feminist artists as per ESG guidelines. Talentless hack. You can tell by the nearly 0 comments here no one actually likes this art. It's astroturfed.

His controversial art pushes boundaries to force us out of the comfort zone. The infamous image that most Christians dislike is really a statement of on how Christ is actually treated in reality by a majority of people. Christ is an advocate of the poor, under-represented, oppressed, and those who seek justice. He was never a fan of the wealthy, greedy, wicked, corrupt, haters, bigots or false prophets.

Through form. Form that does not follow funktion, but rather emotion. One might ask for a Museum build concerning lets say world war two; one might come and say okay we need a big space, glass is modern, why Not make a big glass cube? Decinstructivists like Libeskind though would first think about which emotions are connected with war? Fear, hopelessness etc. What forms could convey this feeling? A sharp blade like form could indicate the traumatic changes, which lives went through in times of war. And thats how you approach decinstructivism: think of emotions rather than functions and design your forms according to them
