The reason for capping arcanes was never about the players best interest or "burnout". In reality the hard cap was in place to prevent people from doing the mission more than what DE wants. The reason burn out was prevalent in past events, especially effervo was because the mission would end up being boring after a certain amount of runs. You can only run a boss mission node so many times before getting bored. The currency gained is very specific and would force you to grind an absurd number of runs for a singular arcane and would always put you short of a purchase for R0. The mission structure of the event is never suited for extended replayability outside of a few exceptions (Disruption). There is little to no variety but the rewards were replayable and valuable. Whereas before, past events were just that... an event, not a big prolonged content push. Complete the new missions, get a one time vanity/item and its done, with replay mainly targeted for leaderboard or clan scores. (Also the past events not lasting an entire month to pad out content until the next content drop). If you are going to release a big or long event since scarlet spear, take the time to add variety to the mission/event loop. This can prevent burn out as your not running the exact same thing 200+ times. Capping the rewards is a lazy excuse to not design variety in an event. But given how 1 dimensional this mission is..... their only choice WAS to cap the rewards so we would stop playing after a certain period of time. Its no different than Effervo.

Oh my god, after i watched this video i thought, i am so impatient as a player who doesn’t want to grind this shit after grinding it for a whole week then get bored, it seems i’m more patient than i thought i am not, don’t get me wrong, i’m not trying to be like i’m better than you or anything, it’s just i hate this event too, i often afk and hide myself somewhere at bottom floor or upper floor so people wont diss me because how absolutely shit i am of a person to bust their ass off taking the shit and put it into the ball so i don’t have to work, i felt guilty for doing that, but after grinding this shit for a whole week and THREEE FUCKING HOUR A DAY NONSTOP, i just can’t help but bring myself to afk, sometime i fell off and just want to sleep, it’s not fun and time consuming while i have other great things to do like open relics or farming SP circuit to get those Incarnon because i’m a returner, this fucking level design or game mode whatever is stupidly retarded design as you say yes, but can’t help but felt like it’s fair sign we get to farm arcane energize easiest way possible, the only 2 way to get this arcane is to farm through Eidolon hunts and breaking arcane and trade the random new arcane by Loid, or you can just buy it with platinum, but as a returner, i still haven’t max out cetus and orb vallis or little duck standing because THEY ARE TOO BORING AND ASS TO DO, so i can’t farm the eidolon hunt to get energize, and no way a returner can farm big plat easily, so i can’t help but felt like i should and it’s worth to endure this fucking pain to get this absolutely expensive and must have of an arcane, so yeah i think it’s an ass mode and a fair way to farm hardest arcane to get consider the drop chance of eidolon hunts and how much arcane needed to be recycled for trading loid, and plus returner like myself don’t know how to farm alot of those without a good build and a mod drop booster Btw i’m back from 2015, and been here since april 2024, can’t believe how much things have changed and how the price plat changed for things too 💀

The event it's really easy there's no doubt about that , I personally don't find It boring , I collect Shiny Green cylinder and trow It a glowing Orb and Elevator start's to go Up , after it's moving I just Pres 1 and then 2 whit the Horse Lady and everything Dies . But yeah I get It ,I have played this game for 503 hour's, and by far this is the most repetitive game mode because you can't really lose unless you fall asleep . I do see why It would bother you, but I am a simple woman , I kill enemy and get reward .If I am tired of playing the same thing I go do something else for a bit and that's that . I have just 2 thing's to say rally. 1- Chill out. Games are supposed to be an escape off reality ,not to be your 9 to 5 job , go on your own pace , and if it's to slow just go to pubs and mute the audio and then enjoy the vibes. 2- when you make a complaint about something cut back in bad lenguaje because it undermines your argument , because bad lenguaje only takes away investment in what someone it's saying because it feels hollow. You can complain but maintain your thoughts concentrated in tangible things even if you are emotionally agitated . This is my wisdom , do whit It whatever you want.

Mainly i agree, that elevator really needs to be way faster. Though the main reason they capped arcanes is to prevent burnout, plus we have the alerts (which u mentioned) so just kinda try not to... ya know... burn yourself out. There's always other content to keep things fresh, or other games for "those" days.

I personally use defy and rolling guard with brief respite. Also why catalyzing shield you know you have a smaller shield gate ability than his base shields.

See I kinda agree, but my issue is this is just 1 mission. Regardless it was gonna get boring pretty fast imo. I really hope we get a mission types overhaul.

😂😂 As a creature of Rage your reaction was hilarious for me. Yeah the grind is a bit much, but do it on steel path, goes almost twice as fast. I unlocked steel path n solo'd my way to Brutus on uranus to speed up event. It makes a huge difference. As for event being limited. I have a friend. A founder who hasn't done new war yet, but finally for this event he now getting a move on to unlock it during event. Many people are deterred by the necramech being required n the hassle it is to get that. This event is motivational, but also a phat grind

The gamemode takes 5 minutes to do and is a limited event that helps people get arcanes, how are you mad at that?

They put the cap because of what the community did with the previous event. People were grinding literally 16+ hours a day and DE thought they probably shouldn’t fry our eyes out. Plus all other game modes suffered a hit to their player count

With all that time gating and im still getting arcanes faster than ever in my time playing this game (the best part is that i can chose wich ones to get first with ordis + parvos sisters drop) and also got jade and all her weapons from the random drops, also you can max weapons in 5 minutes from all the eximus xp drops (4 formas builds in like 20 minutes? Thats crazy). So i dont think this gamemode is bad at all, this was a before and an after on my account

The only downside to silence is Corrupted Healer ancients and Nullifiers. When these enemies do come just focus them so you can make sure you get full value out of silence. The only enemies that really are a threat with silence are Nullifier eximus as they can still use their eximus abilities with a bubble up but countering all but one eximus is pretty good imo. In high enemy density corpus with lots of nullifiers I wouldn’t recommend silence as the sheer amount of nullifiers makes it hard for silence to do its job even when shooting them all and I’d recommend something like nourish over that to make Toxin+Viral to just shred them.

-Forgot to mention I'm using a silence build lmao but just use any Rev build with silence -Using the normal charges are fine if you get drops as the charged core boost the speed of the elevator the normal drops can still be used but in solo I find it more time efficient to focus the charged ones and if I get any uncharged ones to use them -You can also Enthrall the sister and one shot her regardless of your weapons with the Enthrall+Reave combo with Revenant as of now -Unairu magnetic flare+caustic strike removes shields and armor from sisters making them fall over instantly -Enthralling enemies during the defense point parts of the mission is really good at distracting the eximus as one of the few ways to crowd control eximus is with ally meat shields (Revenant enthrall, Nekros shadows, etc)

About level cap it felt basically the same except the Demolyst felt a little tankier but that could be m my trash aim on mouse and keyboard lmao

Yeah, eidolon is the most toxic game play in wf, i remember when i was just starting out i got cussed out a whole lot lol. Now i just do it solo if i want to farm eidolon.
