I was disciplined by my parents since primary school to assist in doing house chores. I don't think the kids are not capable of doing chores due to specific reasons but rather just being lazy or not giving a damn.

Now that their home is clean, teach the children chores to do in their home. Remember, empty the trash, put sheets on the bed, and PUT EVERYTHING BACK IN ITS PLACE! If not the home will be filthy again.

This entire family is so fucked up lmao the parents insist on having more children despite being unable to provide for them, and the children can't be bothered to help their parents clean and organize their own home. They don't deserve anything.

Remove the mentally ill from the house, and open the door and let people take what they want, and then dump everything else! Put them in a studio apartment and check as often as needed to throw out stuff. We take nothing with us, when we die! Do not allow them to have any money! Shut down bank account, and put a lock on credit.

I do not know why the children do not each have chores to keep the house clean and tidy. I doubt that the flat will be kept so neat as it seems not to be a priority with the parents.
