VIDEO: A sunny morning spell during the tail end of rush hour at the busy terminus of Manchester Piccadilly, featuring services by Avanti West Coast, Transpennine Express, Northern, Cross Country, Transport for Wales and East Midlands Railway, along with some freight.

Definably a fond farewell to them Subway trains in Glasgow, they will be missed. It'll be the same with the 1973 stock on the Piccadilly line in London once's the news tube trains are in serves.

Thanks for the video David. I am currently in Whaley Bridge. I might go to Sheffield from Chinley as I don't know Sheffield at all really and will be an exciting experience going past the upgraded Dore and Totley Station.

It was great to meet you yesterday on the train to Leven David. There is also some great bus news out today in East Lothian that Eve's coaches will be part of the Lothian buses contactless payment system so there will be so many more journey options for a contactless daily cap £8.30 on routes like e.g. the 120 bus between East Linton and North Berwick.
